Answer:	Yes, you might, if you have Android 3.1 or later. Just takes a bit of work, but no rooting required.1) You have to download UsbGPS4Honeycomb_MR1_alpha.apk. Install it. You get USB GPS app, look for that name and a dish icon. 2) Enable "Allow mock locations" on your device by going to Settings > Applications > Development. Then, turn on "Allow mock locations".3) Connect your GPS receiver via OTG cable or powered USB hub.4) Figure out which USB Device the GPS antenna now is in your Android (looks like dev/bus/usb/001/002 etc). The free app 'USB Device Info' will help. Look for "Prolific' in 'Vendor Name'. 5) Start USB GPS app and tell it to use that port.6) Turn on GPS in USB GPS app. If all is OK you will not see any error messages. The GPS is on now. You can get free apps like GPS Toolbox to see if GPS data is actually flowing.7) Launch your favorite GPS navigation app (Google Maps will do for now). Answer:	Only telling time I’d imagine it would be able to charge itself almost continually. The main drain on the battery is if you run GPS continually or use the pulse ox tracker continually. I wear this watch daily (and work indoors) and, not using those features my watch lasts almost THREE WEEKS between charges with full functionality. When it’s literally dying it switches to time only and runs for another three days. This leads me to believe, as I previously stated, time only? I think it would literally charge itself from just the sun. Can’t recommend this watch highly enough.

Answer:	My Garmin is a Nuvi and yes, it has a small ball indentation which fits nicely on the Garmin Friction Mount. We love it. It contours to the dash....our dash is not straight, but the mount sits securely. The cord goes down (on the left) to the cigarette lighter and keeps it charged. Hope this helps. Norma

Answer:	I haven't switched autos, but my guess would be "No." It's not really sticky, but has high friction. I think it will work very well on most surfaces and it's unlikely to change over time. I've had it for a while, & it has never slid at all on my curved dash.

Answer:	Just as a note for anyone with a 50 series Nuvi, I have a Nuvi 50LM and it doesn't have the indention for the ball on the back, but that was no problem. I found the bracket here on amazon that fits all the 50 series. Snaps on the Nuvi and then onto the ball. Question:	If this item transmits using 4G data network, what happens when you are out west where there may not be 4G available
Answer:	If the tracker can’t locate 4G service in a particular area, it will try to fall back to 2G if that is available. 4G coverage is extremely widespread in the United States though. Also, keep in mind, that the tracker uses GPS satellites to know its location, not the cell towers. If it can’t communicate with our servers, because of coverage issues, it will keep tracking its location and as soon as it finds itself with service it will send all the queued locations.
