If you put come locktite thread locker on the thumbscrew threads it will stay in place and stable. You can get locktite at almost any hardware store for about $4 per tube. The mount is great other than the screw loosening issue.

Answer:	All of it is metal and aluminum the only plastic part is the part that holds the tablet I recommend when you get it that you tighten the screw to where the plastic arms attach, I had that issue when I got mine. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Uses the existing seat rail mounting bolt, just need to loosen bolt and slide mounting clip under rail and bolt. On GM vehicles the bolt head is torx, a 15mm socket will work on torx head bolt. Bracket can slightly restrict total forward travel of seat. All that being said, a great product for holding tablets in place.

A 1 hole conduit strap screwed into the side of my console for support because the aluminum rod is sturdy but it sways like a sailor at sea.its not bad for the money also buy the extendable arm mount for the windshield, I have 2 note pro 12.2 note 3 for work and that pesky 8 ball pool. Answer:	I has been a while, but I recall the glasses being in a dark colored box. I have the Tritan Crystal White wine glasses in about 9 ounces. They are nice glasses with good balance, and they have a nice ringing sound. I think I would like a larger glass, like 11 or 13 ounces, to have more room to swirl the wine. I also have the big burgundy Tritan Crystals. They have plenty of room to swirl the wine. Both are sturdy. I put them in the dishwasher.

Answer:	These holders are designed for the 'Classic' raclette dishes, unfortunately the 4-person raclette dishes do not work with these holders. Our best suggestion is to use a heat-resistant coaster for resting the dishes.
