Answer:	Without the extra protrusions you can't adjust the screen angle which is way handier than you think. Not all but some it seems to stick to but not well. Steelie ball is awesome you can stick it to anything metal I love it at work!

Question:	I never noticed this before but why is the magnet pulling from both sides? I’m scared to place on my phone? Will my phone be okay
Answer:	Yes. The only interference I have ever seen was on my Samsung Note 8, it makes a dead spot for the S pen. I put the magnet on a phone case so if I should want to use the S pen, I just pull off the phone case. Other than that, it affects nothing else that I've noticed. As long as you don't move it around too much or bump it, then it stays for the most part. If I knew this beforehand, then I probably wouldn't have gotten it.

Answer:	Works great! I have it mounted in my plane for a 10" Samsung tablet that gets bounced around from time to time with no problems whatsoever.
Question:	What is the material of the "bracket" that fixes the arm to the ball of the base? Is it metal (for dead certain attachment) or plastic
Answer:	All of it is metal and aluminum the only plastic part is the part that holds the tablet I recommend when you get it that you tighten the screw to where the plastic arms attach, I had that issue when I got mine. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The actual frame (pictured) that holds it is EXTREMELY tough. No one is going to get the tablet out of the frame without tools or risk of damaging the tablet. The angle bracket is pretty tough too. we recently ran into it with a forklift and the wall anchors gave way but not the frame or bracket. If anyone wants a $49 tablet badly enough (or anything they they'd perceive as having value), almost nothing will stop them. They're the kind of person that will rip anything off a wall just because it belongs to someone else and they want it. But this frame and bracket are pretty good at protecting the tablet under most conditions. (Aside from thieves or vandals with no moral compass.)

Answer:	I'm not sure what a mug warming plate is. My guess is that you could. They are very pretty mugs but they didn't last. When the second one broke I was so disappointed. I say this because the warming plate could be a reason for yours to break so be careful if you try to use the warming plate.
