A: No it does not. It does have a lock for the iPad. The base has 2 holes and hardware for screwing it to a countertop, etc.

A: No it will not fall over. You lock the iPad into the stand on top of cash drawers. They are not mounted and fell over.

Answer:	I can’t say no 100% sure but I would lean towards no because it has all the slots for an iPad...the home button, camera button, power button on the top. Unless the tablet you’re referring to doesn’t have any buttons that you need to access. You’d probably have to check your dimensions as well to make sure it would fit
