Answer:	No pivoting, you are right. All the pivoting will have to come from the tripod you are using. This mount just holds your phone or tablet securely. Try using a tripod you'd use for a camera that has the pivoting head attachment. That's fairly common with many tripods.

Answer:	I'm using the pedal as a page turner with the Unreal Book app and I've never had a problem with reception. It works pretty flawlessly. Answer:	The arm clip is approx 2" Lx 2"W. It may be able to clip on to small windowsill, but its arm's flexibility may compromise its sturdiness. In other words, if you move the arms position, the clip will come undone. In my experience, the product is great, but the space right above clip is its weakest point. Too much readjusting and it snaps.

Question:	Can this tripod head turn to pan during video
Answer:	I have used it to pan. However, it's first motion is a bit sticky/jerky (when you begin the pan). Smooth after that. Haven't tried putting a drop of oil on the pivot point yet. That might help, don't know for sure. I mostly use it for stable shots like interviews but have used the pan on a few video's. It's not bad for the price.
