Answer:	There's a zipper so the cover does come off. It might be a little hard to put back on after washing. I would spot wash it.

Answer:	I have not measured but I think the other answer of 0.5 inch is an overestimate. The grooves do not cover anything on my tablet screen. They are deep enough to stop the tablet from sliding forward from the bottom, but not deep enough to stop the tablet from tipping forward from the top. I tend to sit this on my lap and if I shift in a way that tips the pillow barely out of perpendicular, the tablet tips forward.

Question:	Can this stand the iPad almost straight up
Answer:	The Neewer TT560 flash is a manual flash which can be triggered by the camera hotshoe contact, or by a PC cord wired connection to the x contact on a camera which has that connection, or off camera with a hotshoe manual triggered receiver (meaning manual exposure is set). Your Canon EOS RP has a dedicated flash shoe that will automatically work (ETTL) with flashes that are specified to be compatible with the Canon ETTL standard. It also has a hotshoe compatible connection point, which allows for triggering a manual flash, such as the Newer TT560, so the flash should fire. Bear in mind that YOU will need to set the proper f-stop, sync speed, and flash power output setting manually to get the proper exposure. The Neewer TT560 is NOT a ETTL (thru the lens) auto flash. To your specific question about getting it to work, it should work OK given the manual setting constraints as mentioned before. I'm not quite sure what you meant by saying it does not work, your question was not specific enough. I will assume it did not flash at all, and work up from there. To troubleshoot, first test the flash itself using the test button once the ready light is lit. If no go, the flash is either defective, or the batteries are too weak to charge the flash. If the test is OK, if possible, try it on another camera (yours or a friends) in the hotshot to see if it will fire with that camera. If not, then something is wrong with the flash, and I would send it back to Amazon for exchange or refund. This flash model has worked fine for me with both Canon and Olympus M43 cameras, both on hotshoe mount, and fired from remote triggers, so the flash itself normally performs pretty reliably within it's level of function. Remember, in any case, the flash is manual, not automatic, so your exposure settings in regard to aperture, shutter speed within sync, and power output on the flash unit must be correct to get your exposure correct. Just to establish a baseline, set your camera to manual exposure (not A or S setting, use M), set shutter to 1/60 sec, f8, and set the flash to full output, ISO to 200. Then, try a test exposure. Don't worry if too light or dark, what you are doing is using a generic setting just to prove functioning of the flash/camera combination. If you get any exposure, it is a success, and you can then adjust until you get it right. Actually, this may seem laborious versus a ETTL auto flash, but once you get a feel for it, it actually gives you a higher level of control, especially if you use more than one flash to illuminate your subject. But, try to get it to work at a base level first. Again, it should work fine with any hotshoe configured camera (the hotshoe connection is the big circle on the camera flash mount). As a Manual hot shoe triggered flash, it is compatible with any camera that has a hot shoe (i.e.-a single contact on the flash head, in the middle to line up with the pin on the flash-an industry standard for hot shoes). Please note this flash is only for manual exposure settings, it does not support TTL or ETTL automatic flash operation. You need to determine the flash output to match your camera f stop settings with this flash....easy enough to get used to with either a flash meter or practice. If you want auto operation, look for a Canon compatible eTTL flash; most auto flashes give you an auto or manual setting option.

Answer:	Douglas,Thanks for your question. We have tested the iProp with the iPad Pro and it does work quite well. We've also had customers say it works well with the iPad Pro and plenty of other customers who say it works well with similarly sized devices (Surfaces, Samsung Galaxy Tab 12.2, etc.). This of course all depends on what you'd like to use it for. If you're looking to get a 90 degree reading angle while lying down in bed with it on your stomach, as I believe Richard A. was looking for (we've been in contact with him), this may not be the best option for you because the iProp is light to make it more portable and only uses gravity to keep it on the stand. However, the nice thing about the iProp is that the back does zipper open and you can add weight to it if you'd like to weigh it down for more stability. We've had customers mention doing this to help get an angle close to 90 degrees. In response to the other answers here, the iProp was actually originally designed back when the iPad 1st generation came out and was designed for this iPad. So it does certainly work well with similarly sized iPads and devices. It all depends on what you plan to use it for. It is a stand and not a holder, meaning it doesn't grip your device. If you find your iProp flopping forward too often, then it's a possibility the inner bag is over stuffed, which can cause this to happen more regularly. Answer:	Yep, it is for me! :) I use mine daily with both my iPad 4 and my Kindle and I love it. It has held up extremely well so far, I also store my iPad charging cable inside of it. I did find though that the little tiny zipper pull was difficult for me to grasp hold of to unzip it...so I just attached a small safety pin to the zipper pull and now it's much easier for me to zip/unzip. I don't know if others found the zipper a bit difficult or not, or if it's just an issue for me due to problems with my fine motor skills. I'm actually thinking about picking up a second stand just so I have one on reserve!

Answer:	As a purchaser of the very item, I was asked by Amazon to respond to your question. If you purchased the one shown in the picture, there is no metal holder. It came all squished in a vacuum sealed bag. After removing it from the bag, it took a little time to take shape, but it did without any metal I hope this helps.

Question:	How long does the product take to "fluff up" and reach its intended form
Answer:	I use it with my Wacom Cintiq (which is heavyer) and draw on it. It's a little "springy" when opened closer to 180 deg though
Question:	Can the cover be removed for washing? Does it have a hidden zipper so that it does not snag on things
Answer:	I do not know. It holds my I-pad pro and my 7" Kindle.

Answer:	This does NOT arrive compressed! It is useable from the second you unbox it!
Question:	Does anyone know if this will hold (without slipping off) an ipad that is in one of the bulky kids bumper foam cases with handle
Answer:	It does. It works on all sizes- I have a MacBook Air and those are pretty small but I also have the bulky HP and it works pretty well. You might have to mess with it a few times to find the sweet spot or it will rock back and a forth a little.
