Answer:	Hello Casey,Yes the charms can come off. Some reviews have poo pood this bracelet, but for the price I think it is so sweet with so many charms. They are not the cheap bending ones either. Double tap on the bracelet on the screen and you will get a super close up viewing the jump rings that attach the charms. When I got it, I inspected every charmed jump ring to ensure there wasn't a loose one to potentially lose a charm. All was well. Hope this answers your question.

Answer:	The blue cover is removable via a zipper, and the cover is machine washable. I'm not sure if the white one has a cover. You aren't supposed to wash foam pillows in the washing machine, only spot clean. I'm not sure, but foam pillows can probably be washed by hand, if done carefully. Foam tends to disintegrate when roughly handled.

Answer:	It's a concave pillow approx 10 1/2 inches from bottom point of heart to outside upper part of each "wing." From bottom point to center low top part of heart is about 9 inches. Outside measure for upper points on "wings" approx 5 1/2 inches reducing to about 3 inches at center top, rising some, then lowering to bottom point. Good product.
