Answer:	Yes it does (Same case I use) and this mount is the best ever owned!
Question:	I may have missed this question...all photos show this being used horizontally, can it be switched to vertical mode as well
Answer:	The answer is yes. However it does not spread out far enough to hold the length of a full size iPad. Therefore, the iPad will be in Landscape mode when used vertically which is good for watching movies but not so good when scrolling music lyrics.

Answer:	This clamp folds up pretty good or you can disassemble it and put it in your “gig bag” or travel bag. I don’t use a case and it’s traveled all over the world with me. No problems with it at all.

Answer:	Yes, works perfectly with my iPad Pro 12.9 2017. However, it will not fit the iPad with a case. It will only fit for landscape mode. Yes, you can swivel it to portrait mode, but there is a greater chance of an accident since there is no holder on the bottom. Still, the grip is good that I’d trust it in portrait mode.

Answer:	Yes, it works in the portrait and landscape positions. It works in all 360 degrees as it can rotate. The best part is that the tablet is securely attached and cannot fall out in any position.

Answer:	Huge... at least one and a half inches. Unless you're planning on hooking it to a fence post, it will fit any mic stand known to mankind.

Answer:	The seller can tell you for sure, but I don't think so. I use it with an older ipad (standard size, not the mini). They included two different sets of the brackets, but the X frame slots only allow it to extend out so far. You could use a thin bungee or bongo cords to secure it because the brackets have plently of room to do that if they are secured to the sides of the ipad in its vertical position. Hope this helps!

Answer:	No, it will not hold a 12.2 inch tablet. I tried it with a Galaxay TabPro 12.2; and as expected it did not fit. I knew that from the reviews. It works perfectly with a Galaxy Tab S 10.5.

Question:	I've read various comments about otter box cases. Anyone have firsthand knowledge if an iPad in this type of case will or will not fit
Answer:	I use my iPad 10.1 without a case which has plenty of room to spare. Not sure while in your otter box if it could fit? Maybe you could go to a store ( music ) somewhere where they sell them if possible, and see if it fits before buying? If not available, u can always return it.
Question:	how does it swivle 360 degrees
Answer:	The mount is held in place with a “nut” that is threaded to loosen and tighten for adjustments. When it is loosened, the mount can be turned infinitely in the flat plane of the iPad. Once it is positioned, the nut can be tighten do to hold it in place. The mount, itself, also swivels similarly from the point at which it is inserted into the stand, and tightens similarly, although not quite 360 degrees because the stand, itself, impedes some movement.
Question:	What is the minimum tube diameter to which it can clamp securely? Some music stands have smaller diameter tubes than mic stands
Answer:	As you can see in the original picture I included in my original posting, I have my clamp with the extension clamp on the internal tube of the mic stand which has a 21 mm (13/16") OD. I tried it on a smaller diameter music stand (cheepie) and it clamped fine. it was 16 mm (9/16") OD. It will go smaller than 16 mm, but it would depend on sturdy the entire stand is. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will this fit a 12.2 in tablet? There are contradictory numbers listed one says 9-11.5 the other says the max is 15. Thanks
Answer:	There are three ways to fit a tablet into this holder: From the short sides, from the long sides, and from the corners. Holding the tablet's corners is the safest and probably intended way, and it holds our Amazon Fire HD 10" tablets fine, but at about the largest it can adjust. What I can tell you is that it may hold your 12.2" tablet from the short sides (spanning the length of the long sides to do so), but it will definitely hold it from the long sides (spanning the short sides). There was a "Hola!" brand version of this that came with replaceable, larger gripping arms, and that would definitely fit the larger tablet in question.

Answer:	6 ppm isn't much change at all. I'm sure the soft water system doesn't filter the water, just takes the minerals out by attracting them to the salt. When I test my water, I can get 6ppm variance by moving the tester around, or retesting another sample.I'm thinking you might not need to water softener with so little change. 244 ppm is good water. I use a water maker, or RO system, which takes salt water and makes it drinkable. The company says that 750ppm is the time to divert the water into the tanks. The water I get is around 400ppm, but should get better with run time on the membrane.

Answer:	Yeah the write ups on Amazon are pretty poor, the TDS-EZ does NOT have temperature compensation the TDS-4 has temperature compensation. What temperature compensation means is that the ppm reading will not vary as the temperature of the water varys. The temperature compensation is good from 1 to 50 degrees Celsius, which is 33.8 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. You can find this out by going to HM Digital website, which is (I will put in f_ for forward slashes and blank for period): www tdsmeter comf_imgf_selectionguide jpg .BTW, if you look at the reviews on Amazon for HM Digital TDS-EZ (the non-temperature compensated one), there is a review written by John A called, "Convenient, simple to use. Not temperature compensated" and he shows the ppm reading variation vs. temperature for the TDS-EZ meter. It is very large more than 100% variation in ppm reading from 54 degrees to 130degrees. Generally for the extra few bucks I wouldn't buy the TDS-EZ, if you do buy the TDS-EZ it is only good for relative ppm water readings and all the water samples have to be at the same temperature for the relative reading to be valid. Given this headache the TDS-4 is a much better buy given the bang for the buck.

Answer:	Yes, there were instructions that were very basic, but the stand is very basic. The stand works very well holding my 2in 3 ring binder, and when done I fold it up in seconds to stow it away

Answer:	It is one complete unit. While the legs can be folded and the music stand stay open. And vice versa. However it's one piece. Made up of legs. Extending pole and music stand. It's very sturdy yet light weight. Use it for my band and it holds some heavy books.
