Question: | will it work with fire hd 7, i ordered the 64gb but can't find were to install it |
Answer: | yes, compatible HD third edition |
Question: | can I use a commercial sd card |
Answer: | yes , compatible with fire hd |
Question: | Does anyone know if this card comes with any kind of warranty? Ours stopped working for no reason. The tablet can't read it anymore |
Answer: | The charging voltage decided by the adapter(the voltage of the adapter could provided) and the tablet(the voltage of be charged device could accepted). The 2a 3a means the amps of electricity which the cord could afford. For charging of 9W, this means an charging power of 9 watt, and 9watt is usually charging an device at 5 Volt 1.8Amp or 9volt 1Amp. The watt decide the charging speed to charge a device. For example,if the cord could support charging electricity volt of 2amp or 3amp, an the adapter could provide in 5volt & 1.8 amps or 9 volt & 1amp,same time the device acceptable highest charging watt not lower than 9watt, then you can charge your device at charging power&speed of 9watt. |
Question: | how to insert the sd card in the fire tablet |
Answer: | I've found that some other non-brand cords also charge quickly and the way I go through cords I buy less expensive cords than Amazon. |

User questions & answers
Question: | can my tablet be in a case and still charge |
Answer: | Short answer: As long as the distance between the back surface of the kindle and the front surface of the charger does not exceed 4 mm (less than 3/16ths of an inch case thickness) AND the case is made of a non-conductive material (aluminum is conductive, even if it's not ferrous) then your charger should work fine. My leather folio case is 4.2 mm thick in the back, and it functions just fine on a Samsung Qi wireless charger. Long answer, with science explanation: The charging is being accomplished using a short range, quickly oscillating electromagnetic field generated by a copper coil that is only a couple inches across. That means its field only extends out a couple centimeters. The wireless charging receiver in the kindle is not actually at the surface of the back of the kindle, and neither is the generating coil on the charger, so you have to subtract those distances from the equation as well. Add in the magnetic resistance of various materials, and you end up with the 4 mm recommended max thickness mentioned in the Kindle Fire 8 Plus documentation. |
Question: | Will this charger work with kid's fire tablet kid-proof case |
Answer: | I didn't think the new kids tablets are wireless charging yet. My kids tablet it's the wireless charging kind so I can't test it. But I think the case may be too thick for the wireless charging to work. |
Question: | will this work on the new fire 8? not the fire 8 plus plus |
Answer: | ONLY FIRE HD 8 PLUS! |
Question: | can i leave the fire tablet on the charging dock all the time or should i take it off now and agian |
Answer: | The charger turns itself off when the tablet is fully charged; you can confirm this my noting the charging indicator light goes off when charging is complete. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this adapter required to use a Kindle ereaded |
Answer: | no if you have an android phone with this type of an adaptor you can use that, kindle comes with the cord so you can also use your computer though not as fast |
Question: | do i need a USB caBle for my kindle charger |
Answer: | Yes...This item is just the plug. You will need to get the USB cable that mates with plug and your kindle |
Question: | What is the difference between this usb and the usb charger plug ins i use for my ipad, ipad mini and samsung galaxy s4 phone |
Answer: | There is a HUGE difference, the iPad charger is 12W, 5.2V, 2.4A where the iPhone is 5W, 5V, 1A. I have personally fried a Android phone accidentally plugging it into my iPad charger. So, I would be careful using the iPad charger. The iPhone charger is okay to use as a substitute. |
Question: | What is the difference between this charger and my nook charger |
Answer: | You probably just used a charger that was higher that 5W/1A, which is as low as they go. Most chargers will adapt to the device, or vice versa, but if a Kindle somehow can't handle a higher rated charger, then it's a POS, because this adapter is worth $3, tops, in 2018. It's the most generic kind there is -- it is literally the same, EXACT cheap adapter that comes with EVERY Amazon Echo, FireTV, Kindle, or Fire Tablet. So, if your gonna get waste $20 on one, you might as well spend the extra 5-20, to get an Echo, Dot or Fire Stick and use that adapter for your fragile Kindle, then use ANY other adapter (even the USB port on the back of your TV, for a FireTV Stick) to power the $20 off device you just got. Heck, you'd be best off to wait for one of the 30 sales a year that Amazon has on its electronic devices, and just get a new, better, updated Kindle for what becomes an incredibly cheap buy, at $20 off. This may be THE most overpriced item on Amazon, although you'd have to go through their entire line of Amazon Basics, to make sure. Their crap is ALL overpriced garbage. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this work with smartphones as well? For example, could I use it on both my galaxy s3 as well as a nexus |
Answer: | I have a S3 and a Nexus 7, I just went and grabbed the stand and propped my phone up no problem. Obviously it requires adjusting the width of the legs and the angle of the back supporter, but you can get an almost 90 degree angle and it is still sturdy. If you wanted to prop the phone vertically you'd have a problem with it being wobbly because the legs would have to be all the way closed together but you could still pull it off. I hope that helps! |
Question: | Does it hold it in landscape poistion |
Answer: | This stand holds an Amazon Fire HD 10 in landscape mode. It holds the tablet securely. |
Question: | Will this work with a 13.3 inch tablet |
Answer: | I'm using this with a Google Pixel slate in the landscape mode when I don't want to use the keyboard case (i.e. I just want to use it as a tablet) and it works brilliantly. In fact it works better than it does with my iPad. |
Question: | If you press the top left or top right of the screen doesn't the tablet tend to flip |
Answer: | If you push the top right corner, then the bottom left corner would have to come forward in order to flip anything over. That just doesn't happen with such deep grooves in the base. If anything, you'll just slide the stand back if you push too hard in landscape mode...or knock the whole thing over in portrait mode (and you'd *really* have to be abusive for that to happen). |

Answer: | 13.5 inches for seat height. Perfect for our Kinder twins! |
Question: | Can you leave the device docked and plugged in continuously or for long periods, or is there a time limit for charging |
Answer: | I think they come in a box of two but ask the vendor , they are very nice chairs |
Question: | Can amazon fix the fire 10, allowing you to disable the screen timeout (screen saver)? this is annoying |
Answer: | haven't measured it, but it's quite small; as in, the height of a child's chair at a small child table. It is too small for my 7 year old. It is too small for a regular height desk or table. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this charger make a Kindle charge last longer, or is it just faster? My Kindle holds a charge less than 3 hours |
Answer: | As for the time a Kindle holds a charge, my Kindle normally holds charge for about 6-9 hours. When I watch movies or play games, my Kindle loses charge more rapidly and can discharge in 4 hours or less. But, with normal internet usage, the charge lasts longer. The Amazon charger seems to charge my battery faster than other chargers. But, it does not make my Kindle's charge last longer. |
Question: | Will it work on kindle fire |
Answer: | Yes it works on all my Kindle. |
Question: | Which is better charger for the kindle paper white, this charger 9W or the 5W |
Answer: | The 5W charger delivers 1 Amp of electricity, whilst the 9W charger delivers 1.8 Amps of electricity. With devices that have rechargeable battery's like this I tend to just use the 5W charger because it puts a lot less stress on the battery, and ultimately a lot less heat is generated from the battery (which may be a sign of overcharging, which can damage your battery as you charge it like this again and again). If you are okay with your device charging faster at the expense of a couple years off its lifespan, then go ahead. This is all ultimately the costumers decision. However I would recommend this charger for the echo dot, because it does not have a battery to overcharge and you can generally expect better performance when the echo is running off a 1.8 Amp charger than a 1 Amp charger. |
Question: | Why does amazon charge $14.99 for this adaptor? It’s it magic |
Answer: | It is magic it cuts down cgarge time by half of the wanna be adaptors does my son's tablet can be completely dead and in like 2mins its at atleast 30% i love it and will never misplace it! |

User questions & answers
Question: | Honestly, Is this a good product or a waste of $30 bucks |
Answer: | I returned the product. It didn't work for me. I may have gotten a defective unit (I asked for a refund, not replacement), but I just decided to stick with a passive stylus. The vendor was professional, and worked with me to complete the return and refund. No complaints there. I do wish it had worked. I am always looking for something that will allow me to write more "naturally" (handwriting) on my Kindle Fire. This, unfortunately, did not work for me. |
Question: | Can the stylus be used while charging |
Answer: | Yes! You're able to use the thin pencil like side while it's charging. You won't be able to use the fiber mesh tip because you pull that side off to access the charging port of the stylus. |
Question: | will this work with amazon fire hd |
Answer: | Probably any capacitive stylus will work with the kindle. |
Question: | my pen does not work with Adobe Photophop Cs6, can you help me |
Answer: | I can't answer that question, I use it on my kindle when you turn on the switch it works fine, it even works with my other tablets and my Samsung note 9. Also make sure it is charged. Your app I don't know. |

User questions & answers
Question: | I have an old Samsung tablet that is 11.5" x 8". Will this stand be sturdy enough to hold it |
Answer: | I assume so. I have used it in the lighter slot in 3 different cars with no issues at all. |
Question: | I have an iPad with a Lifeproof case. Will it fit in this stand |
Answer: | I'm a big critic when I hear an effect on music/poor quality music but I have had no issues when I use my iPhone 6 with an AUX and charge my phone with this at the same time. This product has no effect on the sound quality. |
Question: | does this fold flat for travel |
Answer: | Most modern cars remove power from the accessory sockets when the ignition is turned off, so you would not expect any problem to occur. You can see if your car is like that by checking the blue light on the Anker charger to see that it goes out when you turn off the ignition. My 2017 Mazda CX-5, however, has two accessory sockets which operate differently. The one in the dash works like other cars I've just described, but the one in the compartment under the center armrest is powered even when the ignition is off. This means that a charger left there with nothing attached will always use a small amount of battery current, mostly, I would guess, for the blue LED. I measured this current at 20.8 mA, which is relatively small. That might drain 10% of the car battery capacity in about 12 days. Remember that other electronics in the car draw battery current also while the ignition is off, including the entertainment and security systems, clock, etc. I don't think the Anker charger represents a significant problem, but I have measured less than half of that idle current on a different manufacturer's car charger. I should also add that the Anker charger does not fit the Mazda socket reliably in the 2017 Mazda CX-5, due to its wide shoulder behind the center pin. |
Question: | Can the angle be adjusted or is it only for one position |
Answer: | This PowerDrive 2 Car Charger supports the Power IQ. But the Samsung S6 supports the Qualcomm Quick Charge. They are two different charging technologies. This charger can support to charge S6, but it does not support to fast charge S6. |
