Answer:	I never charged it when it's completely out of battery. It didn't arrive with an empty battery. I remembered that I charged it for 2 hours after I received it. You can tell that it's fully charged when all 4 blue lights are on. It's hard to tell you how many charging cycles it lasts because it also depends on the device you are charging I think.
