Try to keep your plug close to your phone and router as far as possible.

2. Q: The MAC address filtering is opened on your router. How to find the MAC address of your device?

A: Turn off the MAC address filtering, connect your device to Smart Life APP. You can find the MAC address in the Device Information after successful connection.

3. Q: The device cannot connect to Wifi after a period of use. How to reset?

A: Long press ON/OFF button for 5-10s to reset the plug or change Easy Mode to AP Mode which is more compatible.

4. Q: Device response delay?

A: Check if the network signal is normal without delay or if the connection between the device and the router is normal. (check Device Information on Smart Life APP-whether signal strength is weak)

5. Q: The on/off power of the USB ports on the smart plug can be controlled independently?

Question:	Is this mouse pad silky smooth? How smooth is it
Answer:	It's not silky smooth, but it is pretty smooth and cloth feel to it. I have 3 of these in the house and they have not shown any signs of wear and have been quite excellent. Cleaning them is a breeze, I use a damp cleaning now (Cotton Lint free Cloth) and it does the trick. it almost feels like a neoprene fabric which is between silky smooth and polyester, but a matte finish. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hardshell wrap around to cover keyboard. Very sturdy. I was not impressed with the pen holder which turned out to be a flat surface for the pen to stick to. But I am happy with the solid construction. I added a glass protector and the whole package is very solid.
