Question:	I’m wondering if the screen is well protected and also if the magnets are strong? (I Know my child will be getting his hands on my new iPad
Answer:	I think the cover does protect the device very well, there is a rim around the tray that holds the device firmly in place and also means the front cover is sitting slightly above the screen when it is closed. The magnet is not super strong but I have always found it completely adequate. The sleep wake function works fine. The cover leather is stiff and very robust. And love the embossed pattern!

Answer:	Not as such, but I keep mine closed when not in use. I’ve had multiple iPads. I’ve always purchased a case. I’ve never had a damaged screen yet.
