Answer:	It will fit, the only problem is that the case covers the camera a lil bit. If u use your iPad a lot to take pics, that'll be an inconvenience. It turns off when the cover is closed.

Answer:	I don't think it's cotton, but it does stay in place and is incredibly comfortable. I have bought four of these so far, and will probably buy more as gifts for people.

I just used a carabineer and attached it to my back pack. I think it is a great set, the big plus being how big the pillow inflates to. Hope that helps!
