Answer:	Perhaps my case is defective. It just wouldn't budge using the methods the other purchasers described. I was afraid that my AirPod case would be damaged. Ended up slowly, and with great difficulty, pushing the case out from the base using the wide end of a new chopstick. The top keeps falling off, too. :-( Replacing this with a silicone case.

Answer:	Hi @Karen, thanks for your question. There is only one correct way to attach the clamp to the harness but there are two ways that it can actually fit in. The trick can actually be that the clamp portion (the part that holds the phone) can also swivel (loosen the screw on the bottom and rotate it). I will add an image to the listing to make it a bit more clear.
Question:	Does this have some flexibility, to film while walking, turning my body, and the ability to view down to something at my side
Answer:	Hello! Once it is secured and in place, it is pretty fixed to your body. When you walk or turn, it follows the center of your body. To view the screen or your footage, simply loosen the thumb screw to point the camera down. At that point, you will be looking at the screen (filming your feet if it's still on).
