Answer:	The primary difference appears to be cosmetic, in that the cover plate has changed (for the worse, in my opinion). Rather than the fancier script it reads "Special 20" with the word "Progressive" in the middle. The screw heads that hold the reed plate in are smaller than before, and the diameter of the screws is about half of what it was. There are a couple of other little changes too, but not worth mentioning.None of these things are a big deal in terms of playability - pretty much non-issues, really. I'd still go for the earlier model (stores have tons of them around) just on looks, the older model just has a cooler appearance. Also, you could watch for sales on these (just before Christmas Amazon had a set of 5 for $106).Still, it's a good harp.

Answer:	I made the transition from Windows 7, if you are going from Windows 8 or 10 you follow different instructions. Your hardware needs to be 64 bit, with at least 1 Gigabite Ram idealy 2 GB., also ideally with two CPUs, but it works with my single AMD Athion II 170 u processor, but tends to crash when my cell phone has been tethered to it. Anyway, insert the USB flash drive, restart the computer, once you hear the beep, you start repeatedly hitting one of the following keys ESC, F1, F2, F10 or F12. I think with mine it was F12. I chose to replace Windows entirely, as something was eating up my hard drive memory. If none of this works consider one of the Linux Light products. I am no expert, I was just so lucky to find this product, it saved me lots of trouble and money.

Answer:	The RAID was configured right but the volume partition was not configured as best practices. Operating System Windows 2016 Should Be on its own partition.

Question:	How does the warranty work? Is it a hardware warranty with Dell? What happens if a piece of hardware fails? Who will replace it
