If you have cable internet we highly recommend using your own cable modem which can be purchased online or at any retail electronics store.( Arris Cable Modems are what we use most often.) Your ISP will often install a cable modem/router combo for you but they will also charge you a monthly fee to lease it from them. I have found that you will recover the cost of buying and using your own modem within the first year and then save, on average, about $120 per year thereafter by using your own.

Answer:	This has a 1200 meg maximum output on the wifi between the 5G & 2.4 ghz channels and gigabit throughput on the LAN ports. We do have a more robust router on our website that will handle larger networks and also supports up to two additional WAPS ( wireless access points) if you have a larger home that requires more coverage. This router also comes with a year of CleanerNet Service as well.
