Answer:	This device was not unlocked as advertised. Make sure it is unlocked before you leave the U.S. When I reached to Haiti, I had to pay $20 at Netcom to get it unlock in order to purchased the company's sim card for internet service. It works well with digicel too, but I preferred Netcom. It works well in Haiti but runs slow. Sometimes not all the blue lights are on, so I had to removed the battery and reinserted it to have all the blue lights on.

How to checking BANDs info

1.Search and find the App "LTE Discovery" under Android Mobile app

2.Checking the right BANDs of local operator (SIM service provier)

( photo shows Band 4 ，DL Freq: 2145 mhz , UL Freq: 1745 mhz)

3.Checking the LTE signal strength( photo shows signal is some weak)

Signal weak, then the LM321 working speed is slow.Please put it under where the LTE signal is good.

If your SIM card frequency band is compatible with our product, but it cannot be used. Please follow the steps below to check the problem.

Enter the IP address 192.168.100.1.Enter user name: admin and password: admin

Faulty 1: The SIM Card icon is gray, That means No SIM card be recognized. Please check if your SIM card install correct or SIM card invalid.

Faulty 2: SIM Card recognized， But Limited Service.

Possible factor A: Your SIM card is not in service.

Please contact the carrier and check if the SIM card could be use as IoT hotspot and if the valid data plan has been activated.

Possible factor B: Some SIM Card need to setup APN to connect.

HOW TO SETUP APN:

1)Make sure the device is disconnected before setting.

2)Click Settings---Profile Management---Add New to set the correct APN, then Apply.

3)Back to Home page to turn on network connect button. Restart the router.

You can find the APN of the SIM card from the carrier's official website or mobile phone.

If you insert the sim card to the sim card slot and also set the APN in the 192.168.0.1 configure page of P21 router, but the router still doesn’t connect to internet, please confirm the following issues:

1.The sim card is an IoT card .

2. APN not correct .

3. The sim card data plan not work with hotspot.

4. Some place doesn’t has the Suitable Frequency.



(there is an APP called LTE discovery, pls download it on your Android phone and check what is the 4g band in your location. For example, If your area support B2 B4 or B5, then the router is suitable for your place)

Q: I use the device in USA, What sim card do you recommend?

A: We recommend users to use sim card from T-Mobile and AT&T.

For Verizon sim card, it would requires IMEI registration, we don’t recommend.



Q: How to change User name and password?

A: for the admin account, you could change the password in the setting page.

For the root account, the password can’t be change in the setting page. You could contact the supplier for firmware upgradation to disable this root account.

Question:	What kind and where qould you get a simm card for this unit
Answer:	Yes it works just fine using the ethernet port on your desktop connected directly to the Mobile Hotspot Router. I have even connected a multi-port Ethernet router and sent the Hotspot connection to other wired equipment.

Answer:	I have used mine with T-Mobile, Ting, Mint Mobile and "Onesimcards" onesimcard.com. ALL of them provide voice/text/and data services without any trouble when they are installed in this Mobile Hotspot Router. I agree their might be an issue regarding data speeds. In my situation I do not have a data only sim to experiment with.
Question:	What is the voltage
Answer:	Verizon uses bands 2, 4,5 , 13, 66 depending on what tower you are located by. This device supports all but 13, which is the main band. Will it work, yes, but it is not 100% compatible. I would use cellmapper to find the tower closest to your location and find out what bands are used on that tower before purchasing.

How to Checking BANDs Info

1.Search and find the App "LTE Discovery" under Android Mobile app

2.Checking the right BANDs of local operator (SIM service provier)

( photo shows Band 4 ，DL Freq: 2145 mhz , UL Freq: 1745 mhz)

3.Checking the LTE signal strength( photo shows signal is some weak)

Signal weak, then the GC111 working speed is slow.Please put it under where the LTE signal is good.

If your SIM card frequency band is compatible with our product, but it cannot be used. Please follow the steps below to check the problem.

Enter the IP address 192.168.100.1.Enter user name: admin and password: admin

Faulty 1: The SIM Card icon is gray, That means No SIM card be recognized. Please check if your SIM card install correct or SIM card invalid.

Faulty 2: SIM Card recognized， But Limited Service.

Possible factor A: Your SIM card is not in service.

Please contact the carrier and check if the SIM card could be use as IoT hotspot and if the valid data plan has been activated.

Possible factor B: Some SIM Card need to setup APN to connect.

HOW TO SETUP APN:

1)Make sure the device is disconnected before setting.

2)Click Settings---Profile Management---Add New to set the correct APN, then Apply.

3)Back to Home page to turn on network connect button. Restart the router.
