Answer:	First you have to use the blue thing to take out your old filter. Then turn the wheel until you see a blue filter. Again use the blue thing to scoop it out and place it where the old filter was. You may need your nail to get off the blue thing.

Answer:	I have CenturyLink 1gig fiber service only and this works well to replace their "modem" which is not a modem. It will not work as your only device if you thier TV or phone service. To replace internet only service you need your PPPoE username and password (can call and get from century link) to enter into the router. Then there is a setting on the router for VLAN tagging which needs set to 201. Then you send thier crappy "modem" back and tell them to take off your monthly "modem" lease fee. Provides much faster speed throughout my home!

Answer:	Mine came with several lengths of tube to be cut to fit the user's ear and hearing aid. The tube outside diameter is 1/8-inch, with a wall thickness of 0.020-inches. It's soft clear plastic and if warmed in hot water can be stretched over a hearing aid "snout" of 0.150-inch diameter with no problem. In my case, I was replacing tube and ear inserts of much smaller diameter. The larger inside diameter effectively increases the maximum sound volume considerably, so your volume level settings won't be the same, but it does work well and appears much more robust than the smaller plumbing (and much more visible).
