I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

You will need to buy a router, they supply the modem. The internet with programing is $54/month.. Shop around for that part. Roku with its top 2 newer units is fantastic, been using from the older style for years.

Answer:	Forrest: Netflix offering a program in Dolby Vision does not mean the device is outputting it as such. You would need confirmation from your display. There have been a number of reports of this Roku actually not outputting DolbyVision ... or even HDR on programs which have it available. I can confirm such issues. My tv confirms HDR and Dolby Vision if I use the smart tv's own apps but not if it comes from the Roku.

How It Works

The KING WiFiMax Wi-Fi Router and Range Extender creates your own personal, private, and secure Wi-Fi network, just like you have in your home. When you are in range of an available Wi-Fi source, or a private network you have the password for—such as a visitor center guest network, coffee shop, hotel, or any other available source—you simply configure the WiFiMax to connect to that network. Then, it extends the internet access from that Wi-Fi source to your own private Wi-Fi network, giving you internet just like you’d have at home. You can connect all your Wi-Fi-enabled devices, such as laptops, cell phones, tablets, smart TVs, appliances, and more!

A Wi-Fi source is required for this product; the KING WiFiMax cannot be used as a standalone Wi-Fi hotspot.
