Question:	How many ssid's can this router broadcast
Answer:	There are 3 Primary channels, 1 for 2.4GHz and 2 for 5GHz. Each has its' own SSID out of the box.If you turn on the Smart Connect feature, this drops to a single SSID used across all 3 channels, and the router then decides which channel to put which device on. Works quite well so far!In addition, each of the 3 main channels has 3 possible Guest channels for a total of 9 possible Guest channels. I have not tested to see if Smart Connect works for the Guest channels as well, but I doubt it.So, to answer your question, if you're trying to annoy your neighbors......this CAN broadcast up to 12 total SSID's.

Answer:	Don't try to scare it, it responds better if you take it for walks on a leash and give it a name talking to it like a puppy

Answer:	Windstream changed to a T-3200 modem when this one was discontinued. Not sure who makes it. My Arris has worked great for me.

Question:	I have a ubee combo router modem with spectrum. just disable the wifi on the ubee combo unit and this will work
Answer:	Hi. The mesh system is independent beside your modem router, so it does not matter whether you disable the wireless on modem or not, it will not affect the function.
Question:	Any update on the ability to do dhcp reserved? i need this to work properly with wemo. would not have purchased if i had know it could not do this
Answer:	Buyer beware, you have no control over switching between 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz, this mesh system constantly and automatically switches devices between the two frequencies. If you have devices that communicate to each other in only 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz, you devices will stop communicating when one is on 2.4 ghz and the other is on 5 ghz and you have zero control over this problem which is a major flaw in this system.
Question:	Does one have control over the ip range setup? i currently have a home network with servers and nas that are static. would rather not change them
Answer:	Thank you for your question. Our mesh system supports to edit IP range, go to the App - Settings - DHCP Server. But please kindly note that you could only change the part of 'x' in 192.168.x.1. By the way, it does not support assign IP manually. Thanks for your understanding.
Question:	Can you add dots progressively farther out or do the all need to be within 30 or so feet of the base unit
Answer:	Hi, you can add dots progressively farther out, but please kindly make sure each nodes' distance should not exceed 10 meters.
