Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.
Question:	Has anyone connected a ps4 of xbox one to the wifi from the range extender? if so, signal and game play any good
Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.
Question:	Does it create a new sid or does it exteneded your current sid, so one does not have to switch to differing networks when in range
Answer:	the input voltage is from 100 to 240 volts
Question:	I don't understand how some people give this 4-5 stars and others can't get it to work and give it 1 star
Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

Answer:	Depending on how many walls or floors and the materials it has to pass through, I suspect the range to be able 100-150 feet. We have this router in an office building and the plaza next door to us (approx 250 feet) can see our signal. Downstairs and through a concrete floor, people who are only 20 feet away can get 1 bar of reception because the signal is trying to pass through cement. If you're using this with a wood floor, carpet or tile, you should still be getting decent signal.
Question:	Is this modem compatible with window 8.1 devices
Answer:	Yes. I am using 8 Windows 8.1 devices, and multiple TVs, Roku boxes, Android phones and tablets as well as several DirecTV receivers in wireless and wired situations. It should be compatible with pretty much anything that uses a wired or wireless connection.

Answer:	I know it was better than the one I got from Verizon-much faster, and no problem what ever in hooking it up. Buying this was the best thing I did. I plugged it in, and that was it-simple.

Answer:	It is not compatible with Verizon FIOS at all, at least that was written on the box I received (although not mentioned anywhere on the description on the site).

Answer:	No, you will need some kind of adapter to the TV that sorts out TV feeds. I highly recommend Amazon FireTV or Roku for that. This router (box) connects that TV device to the internet, enabling your TV to receive Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, etc.

Answer:	I don’t understand your specific question. I can only say, as rather IT savy person, I could not get this modem to connect to my DSL internet. I spent over an hour with Comcast and at the end, I requested a return of this device. I do not recommend this device, which has other reviews of being unable to connect.

Answer:	There are 3 Radios in this device. The Number of SSID is up to you; I.E. if you enable guest access it will create more SSID for said connections(Guest uses the same radios). If you make only three SSID's (1x 2.4 Ghz)(2x 5.0 GhZ) the same it will work, but the Idea of having two 5.0 Ghz band is to give separation, for example you could name one 2.4 & 5.0 Ghz SSID the same and give to family, and keep one 5.0 Ghz for yourself (if all your devices are 5.0 Ghz) named separate or even hidden. It also allows you to support legacy security if needed. Keep in mind the Wireless A,B,G,N,A-C,A-D are not all on both bands/frequencies.
