It is not used as a speaker cable in my system. I would guess that it is never used as a speaker cable, but I know nothing about a vizio soundbar and what its connectors are supposed to be. Can you find a manual online that that explains how you are supposed to hook up your soundbar?

Answer:	I didn't need anything to install the driver. I just built my desktop so I didn't have an optical drive yet. just plugged it in and it just worked.

Answer:	The password for the router is the same for all bands man! I don`t remember the password, but you can reset the router. Universal passwords are blank or admin. you should have changed the password day one you turn it on!

Answer:	They are different devices. The difference is more than just one USB port. The 01 has two USB ports and a gigabit Ethernet switch. The 02 has only one USB and a 10/100 Ethernet switch. The router is equipped with gig ports and the wired download speed (WAN > LAN) averages about 760Mbps. Wireless speeds are always tough to quote because there are so many factors. However in good conditions and within a reasonable distance, you can reach about 220Mbps down (WAN > 5Ghz LAN) when connecting to the 5GHz band, which is higher than almost every AC1200 router on the market. I welcome anyone that lives in a city that provides Google Fiber or another gig service that has this Medialink AC1200 to provide their results to corroborate our tests. Admittedly, our tests are simulated by Ixia software. Answer:	The network interface card will be where you plug in an Ethernet cable for your PC or laptop. Tcp/IP is on every computer . The router should be able to handle both IPv4 or IPv6. Last year most sites did an IPv6 test on a common day to see how things worked. For the most part everything worked.

Question:	how good is the speed
Answer:	According to the specs, the Belkin N750 does not have Docsis 3.0. To be safe, you always have to use whatever cable modem/router that is supported by your cable provider like Xfinity so you can have Internet, TV, phone services. If the cable modem/router also supports WiFi, the WiFi device that comes with it is usually not too good in terms of performance, features, and coverage so it would be best to have an additional WiFi device like this Belkin N750 DB WiFi because this supports both 5GHz (up to 450 Mbps) and 2.4 GHz (up to 300 Mbps). It also has added features like Gigabit ports, Wireless printing, support for Media server, and QoS. It is very easy adding this WiFi device to your existing cable modem/router.
Question:	how far can you be from it and and still receive a signal
Answer:	Yes its a Router and requires to be connected via Ethernet cable. Are you looking to extend your wireless signal or?
Question:	How is the speed when using multiple devices in the house? Netflix on TV, Facebook on laptop
Answer:	If you're getting those speeds from what you're using, leave things alone. Your bandwidth provider is more essential for speed than any specific modem. Check user groups and see if there are any favorite modem-router combinations. Software can also make a difference, depending how much you change settings or link up with content that prefers one particular bit of equipment over another.
Question:	is it backwards comp. will it work with 802.11g/b laptop wireless cards
Answer:	I would like to answer if it were in my knowledge, from what i understand it has 2 fequencies available one marked 40c, another marked 40c.5mgz, the system selects from between those 2 automaticly (maybe you can also select) the guest one is for you to let someone use the network but not allow them to remain on unless you allow them to sign on again. I just leave mine on 40c and all works well, for more accurate info maybe you could e mail belkin, hope this helps somewhat.

Answer:	It has pretty good range. I have a large 1880-era brick house filled with plaster walls. I can get a signal 50 feet away outside on the porch or patio (with windows), and stream to a TV equally far away on another floor.

Answer:	I have 200 Mbps speed with my internet provider. I bought this piece of crap thinking it was a 300 Mbps router. After several trips to the house by technicians, the technician today (19 Aug 18) told me the failure to get to 200 Mbps was due to this router. He contacted the internet directly to the computer and the speed was 225 Mbps. The he hooked the router up again and the speed dropped to70 Mbps. After sveral calls to Belkin Tech Support in India, I was finally told the 300 Mbps is a transfer speed between two computers and will never deliver 200 Mbps in a speed test. I'm doing what the Tech told me today, I getting rid of this piece of crap and buying Net Gear.

Answer:	Their documentation says it does work with MAC computers.
Question:	will it work with us cellular um
Answer:	It works with I4S but on 2.4Ghz only. I4S does not support 5Ghz.

Answer:	I really don't know, but in our house, we have a terrible reception problem and this unit seems to help. We have it in a corner on our sec ond floor and I can use my iPad and netbook downstairs back in our kitchen. I have no reception in the rear of the house, but that isn't an issue, because I don't use my devices in that area. Our house is a very tall home and the distance from the Belkin to my use area would be 70 feet. Right now I have 2 bars and the netbook works fine in this area and I am almost in the "dead zone". Don't know if this helps or not.

Question:	can this be installed without cd
Answer:	Did check to see that - but highly doubt based on packaging I received it in.
Question:	will this modem work with wireless 802.11bgn
Answer:	Mine did. I think what they mean there is that “item only” doesn’t come with installation service. If you click on where it says item only (it’s under the heading of Service), the other option on the list is for the item and installation. If you scroll further into the description and details, it should say that it comes with power cord etc.
Question:	Does this run 2.4 ghz and 5ghz simultaneously
Answer:	I've had as many as 20 wireless and 3 wired devices connected at the same time. At least 5 devices were streaming HD video at the same time, plus a computer transferring large data files across the network,. The only practical limit I've reached so far was the 60 mb internet speed limit of my ISP. The specifications only state that it can support up to 50 guest accounts. So, aside from bandwidth sharing, internet speed, and the speed other devices on your network, I would guess that the physical wireless connection limit would be at least 50, plus the 5 ethernet connections and 2 USB connections. If the connection buffers and memory stack are large enough, it could handle many more wireless connections. The bottom line is, based on my experience, you can connect all the phones and smart devices and printers and computers in your home, plus at least 4 devices simultaneously transferring HD video without any degradation.

Answer:	Never tried with VPN but I do have gigabit internet and was able to get 800mbps download and upload but the wireless speeds suck because I also have a tp link c5400 and I'm able to get 950 download and upload via ethernet and 700 mbps download and 500mbps upload using wifi on my galaxy Note 10+5g
