Answer:	I had the same problem and Cox couldn't even help me. I found that the network settings had to be changed to match the setup you have with your internet service provider (ISP). I recall there being three options. The booklet shows one option but that didn't work for Cox. I don't have it in front of me but I believe it's DHCP for Cox. You don't have to setup a new user or pw. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It comes with a both an HDMI cable and a DP cable, however it doesn't say if its HDMI 2.0 or not. I ended up buying a longer cable as it was only 6-8 feet long.On the back of the monitor there are TWO HDMI connectors, HDMI 1 is for a HDMI 1.4 cable (4k @ 30Hz) HDMI 2 is for a HDMI 2.0 cable (4k @ 60Hz), so make sure you use the correct plug based on the cable.

Answer:	ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I have seen some really awesome fires and explosions on this screen!! It reproduces the UHD video so well you feel like you're right there in the middle of it all! (Using TWO of these!) As for the monitor itself, not even a hiccup! With TWO, it;s double the treat and the main reason I don't have a VR headset. It is pretty impressive playing most games at 2K (2560x1440) as most games do NOT run so well at 4K! I play Black Desert Online, World of Warcraft, and Elite Dangerous (Among others) and BDO and ED are fantastic on this monitor. Not to mention how well Windows 10 Pro works with these.

Answer:	It's easy if you do not follow the manuracturers horrible directions. I used it as a wireless access point; its Wan port to my main router by ethernet cable (this is called wired backhaul). Follow these directions:Connect the router to power. Connect your computer into it with an ethernet cable , use a browser to login to the IP number provided, then follow manufacturer's instructions. Another thing missing in the instructions, if you are using this connected to a main router via ethernet, then choose the "smart connect" option in the software as you set this up.

Answer:	I just purchased this router (E2500) and I assure you it comes with a USB plug and it works with external hard drives. I currently have my seagate free agent 300 MB hard drive plugged directly into it. It is mapped to my computer and my wife's computer under the U drive. I have transfered files to the hard drive and downloaded from the hard drive. The Linksys Connect utility allows you to search your router for connected devices.This confuses me because the instructions on the box say this feature is not supported, but I assure you it is.
Question:	How do I install Tomato (by Shibby) on this router
Answer:	Just upgraded my E2500 with Tomato. Go to the Shibby site and download the E2500 build for your version. The build for V3 routers is different from the one for V1 & 2, so be careful to avoid bricking your box. Begin by resetting your router to factory defaults, then flash and enjoy. The 5GHz radio does work with Tomato.

Question:	How do you set it up
Answer:	It's easy. use a wired ethernet connection to connect your computer to one of the Lan ports on the router. Do not connect to the internet yet. Then follow the manufacturers directions. I recommend the smart connect setting under the wifi/configure wifi menus. Then when it's configured you are all set. If you are using a wired connection from this router to a main router, or from this router to a primary router or to a modem, use an ethernet cable to connect from the Routers single WAN port to the main router or modem. If you are using this as an access point, I highly recommend a wired connection to the main router. Performance in this mode is phenomenal. I am seeing over 850mbps down and 550 mbps up in this configuration with this router wired to an old actiontec gigibit router If you connect this router to the internet first and then use a wired connection from your computer to it most browsers will execute a search for 192.168.10.1 on the internet rather than just connect you. Not fun!
Question:	What kind of warranty does this come with
Answer:	You can buy an extended warranty if you like. I choose not to buy on because there is no moving parts and they are inexpensive to just buy another one.

Answer:	I suppose you could but it's awfully big for travel. I use something similar to a "VONETS Mini Portable Wireless Travel WiFi Router Networking WiFi Bridge Repeater AP Module" for travel. You don't need any range for a hotel room, and usually only need an ethernet WiFi Access Point.
Question:	can this router go through walls
Answer:	Depends on the wall material, but for most residential construction, yes. I use mine as a network bridge in my wood, siding, and drywalled shop building, which is about 50' from my concrete block house. It connects easily to my existing router (which is on the other side of the house), and has good signal strength. But inside a steel building, I'd guess the performance would suffer.
