Question:	Are the menus and/or station numbers spoken
Answer:	No. Menus do not speak. After menu button is pressed, station knob allows access to menu items.Doesn't appear accessible for a person who is blind.

Answer:	The alarm can be set to "Buzzer" (series of beeps) or to a radio frequency (HD stations will default to HD1 - there does not appear to be a way to set the alarm to HD2 or HD3). There are two alarms. The alarm volume starts low and then increases.
Question:	Why are there only two photos of the radio? I want to see more of the radio. Show the power cord connection and the input/output jacks
Answer:	Look on the Sangean web site for a 360 degree view of this and other radios. The user manual is also available for download.
Question:	What size AM ferrite antenna does this radio have inside? Is it 8" like some of their other models
Answer:	Yes, the built in FERRITE antenna is 8 inches long. with 2 windings wrapped 180 degrees out of phase-to minimise signal distortion of the digital signal. The other gentleman is correct about the FM whip antenna. Extended it is 27 inches long. It does EAT batteries! (Get a good AC adapter-not a cheap wall wart.)
Question:	is this stereo has GPS included
Answer:	No. There is a gps adapter you buy that will plug in. Although it does have a map overlay as well as it lets you use Waze if you plug your phone up to the supplied usb cable. So in a way it kind of does have GPS but really just because of your phone.

Answer:	Yes this unit comes with a Remote. It is Bluetooth capable and comes with a USB cord and wired microphone for the handsfree calling. Get with it people! Jeez no one can answer simple questions on here lol

Answer:	In back. There is a recessed area with 3 sockets: power, signal out, and aux in, reading from right to left.

Answer:	No, the Sangean-18 HD Radio/FM-Stereo/AM does not come with a flexible "cord" antennae. The antennae is metallic, extendable and flexible (angular) to almost three feet. The sound of the music on the HD channels is superb. I especially enjoy the classical music. This radio is well worth the money...you won't be sorry.

Answer:	You can set the volume level to your preference.
Question:	compatible to pillow speaker? which one
Answer:	It's possible. There is a 1/8 inch "headphone" jack on the side, but the volume adjustment is digital and the lowest setting of 1 is still loud enough that I put the instruction manual over the speaker to dampen the sound even more. I don't know how that will affect the volume through your pillow speaker.
Question:	Does it come in black
Answer:	The black version is the Sangean SG-114.
Question:	How do you change stations from the preset stations you store? i don't see button as to how to switch between them
Answer:	With the radio “On” press the elongated Snooze Bar’s Arrow(s)...right arrow for higher stations, left arrow for lower stations.

Answer:	I think for a little while. I have a Sangean HDR-18 radio, very similiar to this receiver in operation. I have unplugged it to move it and I did not loose any preset radio stations.

Answer:	Andrew: The FM input on the Sangean is for standard 75-ohm (RG6) so your external antenna will connect. It comes with an FM loop antenna, but I have an external antenna hooked up and it works fine. rgds, Pete

Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.
Question:	Has anyone connected a ps4 of xbox one to the wifi from the range extender? if so, signal and game play any good
Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.
Question:	Does it create a new sid or does it exteneded your current sid, so one does not have to switch to differing networks when in range
Answer:	the input voltage is from 100 to 240 volts
Question:	I don't understand how some people give this 4-5 stars and others can't get it to work and give it 1 star
Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.
