Basically the powered antenna hooks to the RP-SMA slot, then has the powered hub, and then you put a % dbi antenna on it and it'll get 2x more antenna strength. Even 2x more then what you'll use for a higher DBI antenna. So if you use a 24dbi antenna, it'd more be like a 48dbi antenna. Answer:	This is a wireless access point not a router, that means that it only provides a wireless signal for computers, tablets phones etc. It must have a wired connection to it from the internet. It does not have a firewall so if you have a internet connection only at this time you should get a model with a router/firewall not this model.

I use mine as an access point at the other end of the my house and gave it a slightly different name so I would know which device (my router also has wireless connectivity). Answer:	After installing my meshforce, it works great with all wifi systems except my Ring doorbell. I must reset and reinstall it after it's been rung. Ring support has been useless. I've had to remove the Ring cover over 20 times to reset it. My other wifi cameras have no problem, in fact, they work better. It's just the Ring pro. I hope the Euler won't have the same problem.
