I'm looking for a stable Plex Server and in the end compiled my driver own using info from https://unixblogger.com/2016/08/11/how-to-get-your-realtek-rtl8111rtl8168-working-updated-guide/ I downloaded current Realtek r8168 driver and compiled with info from there. Be aware the r-8169 driver will need to be Blacklisted all info is there if you have the nerve. I'm getting a steady file share speeds around 87mB/s to 92mB/s from Windows 10 to Linux Mint Mate 18.3 Plex Server when uploading media.

Answer:	This device is primarily intended to "replace" the internal Ethernet adapter located on the motherboard inside a PC. It may or may not work on any particular device other than a standard personal PC capable of running MS Windows. To answer your question one would need to know what kind of connection you are trying to make to your Xbox. For example, are you trying to connect the Ethernet port on your computer to the Xbox? Or are you simply trying to connect your Internet modem directly to the xBox? If you are simply trying to fire up your xBox with an Internet connection, this raises another question: Why can't you simply use an Ethernet cable to directly connect your Xbox to your Internet modem? Is there some reason to suspect that your xBox has lost its capability to connect to the Internet? If so, there is a good chance the UGREEN USB Ethernet Adapter might not work for this because your xBox will only be compatible with the UGREEN USB Adapter if the xBox has a motherboard that appears to anything you connect to it EXACTLY as a PC computer running MS Windows. Your best way to figure this out is to contact tech support for your xBox and/or tech support at UGREEN and ask them if the xBox is, in fact, a fully PC-compatible "Windows" computer designed for a special purpose (gaming). Is it because your xbox is getting old and no longer works when you try to connect it to the Internet? If that is the case, the only thing that will work for you is to buy a new xBox or similar stand-alone gaming device. (Sorry to be the bearer of bad news).
