Answer:	No you don't have to work out but it wouldn't hurt. I go on a recumbent bike 30 minutes a day but this product works without exercise. Just be patient because I went through a whole bottle of it before I really noticed results. Again I took 2 capsules 3 times a day before each meal. Answer:	I am not sure what you mean by" my current usb 2.0." If you are referring to an unpowered hub, this hub which is powered may solve your problem. Answer:	I do not find the lights obnoxious but if you had all the ports lit it may light up a portion of a dark room.

Answer:	Plenty long. The power cable is long enough that I have it plugged in under my desk, and the USB connection is probably a foot or two. Long enough that I'm able to sort of hide the port hub behind my monitor and still plug it into my laptop.

Question:	Intend to connect multiple midi devices to itrack dock for iPad to use usb mic, keyboard etc using this device - will it let it happen
Answer:	There's nothing in the Rode AI-1 to suggest it wouldn't but if the audio interface is sharing bandwidth w other devices, you might run into a problem. This is true of any hub, not just this one. So, for example, I wouldn't run an AI-1 & the hard drive you're recording to on the same hub without first testing that configuration at the audio sample rate & word width you plan on using. If it works, groovy, if not, record to the internal disk & transfer after.
Question:	This cannot be used as a phone charger
Answer:	Assuming you mean the data connection cord to the computer, yes it is USB-A male to USB-A male. This hub does NOT have a separate power supply cord or port, and is not good for charging devices. I use mine for bluetooth and wireless device receivers, flash drives, etc.
Question:	This won't work for Windows
Answer:	My question is, if you unplug the ORICO USB 3.0 HUB 1. Will your computer go to the sleep mode. 2. Yes = The hub must have ic chips to keep it active, so no sleep mode will happen if hub is active. 3. No = Computer will do sleep mode. Assuming there is no other active device or program code preventing the sleep mode. Remember The wise man doesn't give the right answers, he poses the right questions.
