Question:	Has anyone else had issues with this hub causing the wifi to drop
Answer:	I was having the exact same problem, as soon as I plugged in the adapter my WiFi I would drop. Apparently it is a known issue with Apple and adapters. There is a YouTube video that gives a simple fix of wrapping aluminum foil around the cord of the adapter. The fix works but I was not happy with using aluminum foil after paying as much as I did for my new MacBook Pro. I spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support and after doing several resets the NVRAM reset worked.

Why I can't get the HDMI port to work ?What should I do?

1) Not all USB-C interfaces are compatible with our USB C to HDMI Hub.Please Confirm if the connected USB-C port of your device supports "DP Alt Mode" before purchase.To do this, please consult your device's user manual, contact the seller, or check the manufacturer's website.

2) Try a different computer and HDMI HUB to see if the issue still persists.

Answer:	The USB-C port does not support video. You can find the official Microsoft support stance by searching "Microsoft USB-C Travel Hub FAQ" and it should be the first hit. The USB-C port can only be used for accessories or to charge accessories - like a cell phone.

Answer:	Is it compatible - absolutely. Will it work for what you want to do with two monitors, likely not. The USB-C port does not support video or laptop charging. It will support accessory (ie cell phone) charging. There are several USB-C adapters that support dual HDMI and would be better options for your use case (definitely cheaper too). I would caution that I was unable to have reliable performance with any (I tired 6 models) of those adapters on my Surface Laptop 3 when also leveraging the wired NIC. Even with one monitor, I would lose the network at some point when running video calls on the remote display. This Microsoft hub absolutely works for connecting to a single external display and utilizing wired networking - the only sub $100 device I found that would.

Answer:	I tried several other USB-C adapters from other vendors for my Surface Laptop 3. If you want just multiple monitors, those work great. If you want even a single external monitor AND wired networking to be 100% reliable, you buy this one like I did. I could easily overload the $30, $60, and $80 adapters with my single HDMI plus wired ethernet setup. I am pushing 600Mbps up/down regularly with video calls in Teams and none of those could handle it. Eventually I would just lose the NIC, usually in the middle of a call. As I am working from home like so many others, I needed the reliability and I can handle just having a single external monitor with this hub, it is just now a 55” Sony Bravia now,
