Answer:	I believe it's compatible with Thermaltake's and Cooler Master's RGB software as well. Heard something about Razer maybe. But they have their own software if you don't have either of those.

Answer:	This monitor would be great for office use, however, it would probably make more sense to buy the LG 27GL850-B. It's the same panel w/o full G-Sync and therefore costs $100 less.

Question:	Is it worth it to buy asus pg27uq to replace 1920 x 1080 monitor? also, does pg27uq have faster response time than acer predator x27 monitor
Answer:	Mine came in the box with a 1" plastic band around the box, not all that secure of packaging. When I called Littmann, the operator didn't know what the packaging entailed. But she did say that what I purchase off of Amazon is a third party purchase, so she has no way of knowing anything about the actual product I purchased. Then I called a local distributor and talked to them. I told him I purchased one and that it had the band around the box, but that the item did not have a plastic bag around it or any other packaging. He said it does not come wrapped inside the box, that it sits on a thin piece of black foam, and that's it. That's exactly how mine was packaged. His price is $24 higher than the Amazon price. And honestly, even if I bought it from him, I still wouldn't know if someone had previously purchased it and returned it anyway. I can't tell you how many times I've purchased items in stores to later discover that it had been used and returned. UGH! The bigger issue is it a counterfeit item. I would have no way of knowing authenticity unless I purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Next best thing would be an authorized distributor. I purchased this for home use, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. But, if I were a medical student, I'd be purchasing from an authorized distributor.

Answer:	It does! There a compatibility option in the monitor menu takes a few seconds to set up.

Answer:	No but it has a pass through to connect external speakers. You will need to connect them via the audio jack on the back of the monitor.

Answer:	It's rated to operate on 100~240V (50/60Hz) but you will need a travel adapter as it is not included.

Answer:	The answer is yes and no. There is a setting that enables the monitor to run at 1ms. It is only available under certain circumstances (120Hz+ refresh rate while using the proper cables, either DP 1.2+ or HDMI 2.0+). However, this is hardly needed if you're using the monitor at these refresh rates. So, natively, this monitor does have a 1ms response time. Without the feature turned on, it's actually 5ms.

Answer:	It has holes for vesa 100*100 BUT they are in a recessed square about 5 mm inside the flat surface of the back of the monitor. so you may need spacers depending on the size of the bracket for your mount. My echogear mount is not compatible without spacers.

Answer:	HDMI does not currently support above 120hz refresh rates, even at the 2.1 standard that can support 10K @ 120hz. It's obviously a choice they made not to go over 120hz on HDMI since it is a TV standard. DP is common though, and if you have a computer that can push 144 frames at 2560x1080, then you have a DP port. It may be a mini-DP, especially if you have a laptop.
