Answer:	It does have mounting brackets on the back! I am unsure if is specifically vesa compatible, but it should be.

Answer:	It does not. It comes with a HDMI cable.

Answer:	I don't own this product, but I can say that trying to find the answer to this is quite frustrating. First, its a 2019/2020 monitor and still uses HDMI 1.4b and DP 1.2 ( DP 1.4 is a better version). HDMI 1.4b has a maximum refresh rate of 120hz for 1080p resolution, which means that the HDMI ports would not be able to hit 144hz. HOWEVER, several comments and reports have said that hdmi can support 144hz, so maybe there is a firmware update or something? Either way, HDMI 1.4b in 2020 is pretty atrocious, and MSI made a terrible move doing that.
