Answer:	It does ship rolled up. Comes in a narrow box and will need to be flattened. I recommend placing heavy flat items on the corners for a few days.

Answer:	Not that good on carpet. If you weigh around 100 lbs it would be good, but if you weigh around 200 lbs it will sink in and not roll smoothly. It is just not thick enough for people with heft.

Answer:	We did, and it worked wonderfully. We did however use some concrete floor leveler to fill in the gaps between concrete slabs and help level out places around drains, plumbing etc... After we poured the leveler and let it dry, we used a hand grinding block to smooth those areas out nicely. A good vacuum and wipe down with a wet rag, and it was good to go. It went down very nicely on the concrete and looks great. Definitely happy with the outcome in our basement. Hope this helps.

Question:	How did you mount the plates to the back of the monitor? My monitor does not have pre made screw holes
Answer:	I did have to Purchase adapters for my Viewsonic Monitors. I bought them on Amazon - VESA Mount Adapter for Viewsonic Models VX2776-smhd, VX2476-smhd, VX2376-smhd, and VX2276-smhd. they worked great.
Question:	Can mount be used to have laptop above two screens? Or screen, screen and then laptop either on left or right m? If adjusted horizontally
Answer:	Screens are to be on sides (same level), laptop can either go above or to the bottom

Answer:	You need to use a USB cable (same as a printer) that plugs into the monitor and then to the PC. This connects the ports on the monitor to the PC.

Answer:	I only see a connection for 120 volt
Question:	I'm using a roku streaking stick into the hdmi2 input. i get great video but no audio. how do i get the roku/hdmi audio to play on this monitor
Answer:	This monitor doesn't have built-in speakers. If you have an external speaker with an auxiliary port you can connect an auxiliary cable from the back of the monitor to your speaker.
Question:	Does it come with a connector cord/hdmi cable
Answer:	It actually does come with HDMI-to-HDMI and HDMI-to-DVI cables. Other cables may be required to complete your connection (such as DisplayPort for Surface Pro).
