Answer:	Received this monitor today. It contained the power cord, a VGA cable, and a DVI-D cable. Hooked up to a Dell desktop as a second monitor and worked great.

Answer:	Capable of 100hz without overclock. Default rate is 60hz.

Answer:	I bought one with a build date before August 17 and sent it back to AOC. They exchanged it for one with a build date in October. The flicker issue was better but not completely fixed. Still had minor flickering issue as well as a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. Got an RMA from AOC and they agreed to a full refund, even though it was purchased from Microcenter. Good customer service from AOC.

Answer:	The monitor will probably work with any laptop or tablet that has a HDMI connection. Although I purchased the monitor for an older HP desktop computer (worked without a problem), I decided to see if it would work for two older laptops with only VGA connections: Dell Vostro 1500 (manufactured Nov 2005) and eMachines 355 Netbook (manufactured Nov 2003). The monitor failed to function on both machines.
