Question:	How many pins should the VGA connector have
Answer:	It does ship rolled up. Comes in a narrow box and will need to be flattened. I recommend placing heavy flat items on the corners for a few days.
Question:	Is the viewing angle as good as ips panel with no color fades
Answer:	Not that good on carpet. If you weigh around 100 lbs it would be good, but if you weigh around 200 lbs it will sink in and not roll smoothly. It is just not thick enough for people with heft.

Answer:	We did, and it worked wonderfully. We did however use some concrete floor leveler to fill in the gaps between concrete slabs and help level out places around drains, plumbing etc... After we poured the leveler and let it dry, we used a hand grinding block to smooth those areas out nicely. A good vacuum and wipe down with a wet rag, and it was good to go. It went down very nicely on the concrete and looks great. Definitely happy with the outcome in our basement. Hope this helps.

Question:	Does this have a cd/dvd drive
Answer:	Yes It does, however it has terrible speaker issues and the disk drawer is hard to open. Basically need to pry door for slide out tray.
Question:	Are there any available ram slots? what is the maximum amount of ram it will support
Answer:	Per the description, max RAM is 16 G meaning that the available RAM slots would accept 8 G.
Question:	Isn’t this system suppose to come with two hp monitors? it says so in the description. i received two acer monitors
Answer:	It DOES say 2 HP monitors in the description but later in the fine print it states that they can substitute other monitors. I got HP monitors. It also said that the keyboard and mouse are wireless but gives the possibility of receiving a wired set which is what I got. Overall, though, I am quite pleased with the system I got.
Question:	Are these computers all in one or do you need to buy a seperate processer
Answer:	This package came with the PC, 2 monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse.
