Answer:	You will notice the difference between these 2 is that this one unless calibrated will have a lil bit washed out look compared to the older model. Also this does support gsync but does not have a newer module. This panel is native 120 yes but the older model I have been running for 2 years on 120hz OC no issues. Honestly i would wait for the next model the new monitors i was not a fan off.

Answer:	To expand on the other answers: Yes the monitor supports VESA mounting (100x100) and yes the recessed mounting points make it a pain if your mounting plate is slightly too big. The depth of the recessed cavity is ~7mm (which is just a hair over 1/4th inch) so plan on ordering spacers that are, at minimum, that wide. The monitor's mounting holes require M4 bolts/screws, so make sure to order a kit with M4 screws and with enough length to compensate for the addition of the spacer.

Answer:	It is more like the mesh letter trays, but has a hollow bottom with just metal edges. It has rubber cushion feet on the bottom corners. It doesn't move around much because of the weight of my printer on it. I haven't had any problems with it scratching my desk top and I have slid it around plenty of times, but if you are worried about scratching your surface, you could put some thicker rubber or felt feet on the bottom corners to make sure that there is absolutely no chance of it doing so.
