Answer:	No.The Xbox One Base can play some 30-60 fps games like call of duty and Titanfall. Also, an Xbox One X can easily crush an enhanced title like the Witcher 3 in performance mode without screen tearing most of the time. The AOC G2590FX has a Freesync Variable Refresh Range of about 30-144 frames per second. However, most games that are resource intensive like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, The Outer Worlds, DarkSouls 3, and Farcry 5 can play at that 30 frames per second mark. Likely, 95% of the time, you will see screen tearing in a 30 Frames per second limit Game. The Xbox One consoles and PS4 consoles have great graphics compared to productivity PC's. Unlikely, the current gen gaming consoles have a CPU bottleneck, not GPU related. Ultimately, this AOC monitor is great with the Xbox One X because the GPU and CPU is better balanced. As of the time of this writing, the Xbox One X will be going way down in price because the next Gen Consoles are going to be coming out. With more and better balancing in hardware, screen tearing will eventually become, more of, a thing in the past.
