Answer:	This BW257 has a 1920 x 1200 LCD screen.
Question:	what is the height with stand as low as it goes? assuming adjustable height. we have 19inches of clearance, will it fit
Answer:	Yes it will lower to well below 19 inches. The bezel or frame around the screen is very narrow and the stand has quite a bit of up and down adjustment and you can tilt it to look up or down at you. Overall this is a nice monitor for the money and I prefer it to the Dell model with 1920 X 1200 display. It looks smaller than my previous monitor when turned off because of the thin bezel but the Acer is a 25" diagonal as opposed to a 24" and it looks bigger when turned on. I did have an issue with the internal speakers not working. I use large desktop speakers with their own amplifier when I'm listening to something that requires good sound but wanted to use the built in speakers in the monitor tor watching news clips and things. I know how to turn the speakers off and on in the menu and I know how to properly hook up the input in the monitor and the output from my sound card but with two different examples the internal speakers in the Acer did not function. Many complained the sound of the internal speakers wasn't very good but the examples I tried the speakers did not work period. They were manufactured within a month of each other and the problem might be fixed by now but if you need to use the internal speakers there is a chance they will be non functional. I kept the monitor anyway and otherwise I like it. Packaging was better thought out and there was less of it than any other monitor I've ever purchased. Very simple to set up and get up and running. The 1920 by 1200 or 16 by 10 view is so much better than the typical 1920 by 1080 or 16 by 9. If watching a typical 16 by 9 movie you will have a very small black area at the top and bottom of the screen but it's well worth it to have more real estate on the screen for everything else.

Answer:	I do not know the answer to this question. I would have to guess that it is not I did return my product only because I thought it was a 3 gallon water jug. Much too small for my needs.

Answer:	the drinking basin is about 3 inches. I will also warn you that I returned mine because I could not get the water bottle out of the basin to refill it. After I returned it I noticed a lot of other reviews said the same thing.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the base
Answer:	Make sure that the little plug is not blocking the water flow. That happened to me and that was the issue. After you fill the container with water and you put the top back on, you may have to poke the plug a little just to allow the water to flow through when you put it in the dispenser.

Answer:	Yes. And it is very easy to handle. No splash feature on the water side is really cool, too. Very durable and practical. Does not tip over. Have it in new puppy's ex pen.
