Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

Answer:	It should work with Windows 8 though I only used with Windows 10. If you insert a DVD and a video player does not start up, you may need a player that will recognize the drive. On a recommendation from a friend, I installed "VLC media player" and this app opens when I insert a DVD into the Riodadas player. VLC is a free and open source media player that works with all Windows versions. You can get the player here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Answer:	I was unable to get it to work consistently using 2 display ports, it would keep flickering on me. I ended up returning the product after I read through other posts which had similar issues. I think there is a defect with this product related to supporting multiple monitors.

Answer:	Yes, it does. I use it with a MacBook 12" 2015 and 2016 long with MacBook pro 2015 and macbook air 2019. The MacBooks with USB-C do charge well. In all cases you need the displaying drivers installed. I use 2 screens in 2K resolution (4K works too). The MBA and MB can drive 2 external screens + the laptop display. No mirroring, all independent displays. A bit slow with the old MB though. You need to be careful with the laptop you want to charge to have a powerful enough power brick (they have 2 models)

Answer:	Yes, I bought mine for use with my XPS 13 9350. It's important to note that the ethernet interface is full duplex only. This will not work with a half duplex hub. It will also fail to function with 2 pair cables. Make sure your cable is 4 pair Cat 5.

Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.
Question:	is the mouse wheel smooth or does it click
Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.
Question:	it doesn't have an on/off switch
Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.
Question:	how many and what kind of batteries does it use
Answer:	As the other individuals have answered, this mouse does take a double A battery, but please note that the battery compartment is super tight, so a rechargeable battery (eneloop pro's) don't fit into this device. Kind of disappointing, as all I use anymore is rechargeable batteries.

Question:	Can this use two video cards to drive each half? Can each half be a separate "monitor" in windows with two desktops
Answer:	Not sure why the manufacturer said "no" to this question, because I've done it so it absolutely can. With the picture-by-picture settings, you can basically choose a different input for the left and right halves of the screen, and each input gets a 1920x1600 display. (That said, I tried this just to see if I could do it, and can see the use for multiple sources, but I can't imagine why you would actually want to do this with two video cards from a single PC, rather than just using it as a single large display...)
Question:	Has anyone been able to connect this to a macbook pro with one usb c cable? i tried but can only connect from usb c to hdmi on the monitor
Answer:	I have a MBP 15" 2017 and as one other answer you don't get HDCP with only the USB-C and the UI lag is terrible just with USB-C. But I have the USB-C and HDMI thru a Belkin USB-C dongle. I get the HDMI with HDCP 2.2 for a great screen no UI lag and I am powering my laptop from the monitor at 100W and the monitor is also a USB Hub. Thats the best combo you can do with a 2016-2018 MBP. As a bonus you can use the Dell PIP this way by one screen HDMI and the other USB-C ;)
Question:	Why would one pay this much when Samsung'd 49 inch is only
Answer:	I have had them all. From 2048x1536 CRT's to the Samsung 49". It is easy to discount the Samsung based on it's specs. That all goes away one you fire up a game on it. If your jaw does not drop, you may as well not be alive.
Question:	How does this compare to the 34 inch models? Curvature
Answer:	The main difference is the native resolution and the connectivity. I upgraded from the older 34" model because this has more screen real estate--3840x1600 on this vs 3440x1440 on the 34". It's basically like having 2 HD monitors side by side with more height. One big plus about this is USB-C connectivity (although at the expense of losing a Mini-DP port) with 100w power delivery. This means you can attach a new Macbook pro via a single cable to get full USB connectivity, video, and charging. It's basically a docking station. The 34" version, you would need to connect video, and USB separately and still have a power cable running to your Macbook pro.

Answer:	Dont know the specs/ports to the latitude 7480. I bought this for the new xps 13/15 models. The dock charges and displays through one usb-c/thunder bolt cable. It is not interchangable. Does your latitube have a usb c port?
Question:	I have found an adapter for usb-c to usb 3.0, would this allow me to use this docking station on my current laptop, including all dock functions
Answer:	One feature is that the usb-c will actually power and charge the notebook as well, no need to connect the laptop power cord. This feature won't work using an adaptor to 3.0. As far as the other features of the dock, probably only the laptop manufacturer would know. I think a safer bet would be to use a docking station designed for 3.0, since you are not going to get the power/charge feature anyway.
