Answer:	I do not see the listing.

Answer:	Yes it has a blue glow from the port's when turned on.

Answer:	I don’t know but I will say that the USB ports aren’t well made. One of the four doesn’t work (inside was bent) and two of the feel like they might break. :(

Answer:	To be clear, this is not technically able to do what Samsung calls "Adaptive Fast Charging". Not sure about the iPhone 6s but on the Note 4 and 5 it uses special 9V, 1.67Amps charger to fast charge the phone. The phone can also be charged with a standard 5V, 2Amps charger. The adaptive charger has a chip inside which can check the battery status & switches it's mode from 9V to 5V. Initial 30 mins it charges with 9V & then with the software it switch overs to 5V. This charger only works at 5V but does charge at a high 2.4A rate. So you won't get the zero to 50% in 30 minutes but it will charge fast.

Answer:	I have ripped mine open, and I can tell you that the quality of the components and the wiring is very, very good. No "cheap Chinese junk" here! The USB power supplies have actual intelligent circuit boards, with each bank of thee supplied by it's own circuitry. No cheap transformer, diode-and-capacitor here! Good stuff. Very well made, clean inside, good soldering job. Excellent quality stuff. Moments after opening mine and noting the excellent workmanship, I immediately ordered another one!
Question:	The lights of three of the usb outlets are blinking on and off not charging. Is there a fix
Answer:	I purchased a USB power strip with wireless charger 8 outlet surge protector, 40 watt 6 unit usb charging port from Amazon on October 28, 2019 and 3 of the usb ports on the same size are blinking and no longer work. The other ports worked for a while but are limitely charging. The wireless charger on the top seems to be working I liked the unit but for the money and the short time it worked, I would not purchase it again. I will also make sure I check the return time allotted.

Why is the Power Bank not charging my device?

First, ensure your device is plugged into the USB-A port on your Power Bank (the bigger one).

Then, unplug the cable from your Power Bank for 10 seconds, and then reconnect. This restarts the power connection. When a charging cable is left in the powerbank after charging a device, reconnecting the device will not start the power bank. You need to remove and reconnect the cable to the Power Bank.

What cable will I need to charge my device using the Power Banks?

You will need to use a cable that has a USB-A connector on one end. This part will go into the Power Bank; it’s the larger USB port on the unit and the USB type you are most likely familiar with. The other end of the cable should be the connector you use for your device (this could be Lightning, USB-C, Micro USB or Mini USB).

Is the Mangata Orion safe to use?

What is the USB cable included in the box for?

The cable in the box is a USB-A to USB-C cable to be used for powering the Wireless Dock. You need to plug the smaller end (USB-C) into the charging station, and the larger end (USB-A) into a power source.

Can I put the power banks into any slots in the wireless docking station?

Each power bank is numbered for convenience - I, II, III. I and II are interchangeable. Number III is special - please ensure that it is placed into last slot on the left, the one with the highest position.

Why has the Power Bank/Charging Dock stopped charging?

Once the Power Banks are fully charged, lights will stop blinking and stay permanently on.

If one of the lights is not on, or a powerbank is not completing a full charge, then the wall adapter is not sending enough juice. Charging 3 powerbanks at once needs higher than normal amperage - 3A to be exact. Please try a different wall adapter.

Answer:	Each power bank is 8,000 mah. There are 3 power banks included. Each power bank can fully charge a dead phones at least once. It depends on your phone's battery capacity. For reference and iPhone 12 Pro/12 can be recharged twice on the same battery. Depending on the cable used to charge your phone, quick charge cables take about an hour for a full charge. The battery can hold a charge for over a month.
Question:	Will it work for a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 docking station
Answer:	Only if it runs off of DC power. This will give you around 18v DC

Question:	Is this compatible with wd19tb? i ordered one without the “k20a” suffix and not sure if that’s a different model or not
Answer:	Powerbank have USB-C IN & normal USB OUT. USB-C is used to charge the power bank when you don't have access to the dock. Normal USB (USB-A) is used to power devices from the powerbank.
