Answer:	Yes. I use it with my macbook air to connect a monitor from mini display port to hdmi and another display from the usb to hdmi. You may have to unplug the device, wait for five- ten seconds, and then plug it back in for the other monitor to come on though. This happens with me every time I use it so I added a 4 port usb 3 hub with power switches for each port so I just have to hit a button to turn the port off for 5-10 seconds and then hit the button again to turn it on.

Answer:	Yes, there are drivers for windows 10 32bi available on the AMD website. Click on download drivers and choose the manual selection option. Also yes the cards are new just using older GPU's that are still in production
