| Answer: | We're glad you asked! Honestly even with our relationships with OEM's we have trouble getting information about which of their devices have which lock slot. Your best bet is to go to HP's support website, type in the exact model name (e.g, 15-cs0003ca), then click the "User Guides" link, then open the Maintenance and Service Guide file. Around page 4 you'll see the security slot type. With the 15-cs0003ca (which is a Pavillion 15) page 4 stated a Nano Security Cable Slot which is our model #K64444WW. When I look up a different model (15-cc060wm) the guide states "Security Cable Slot" which is vague but probably means our standard Kensington lock mechanism will work (like this model K65035A). So, because of the wide variety of notebooks, and even Pavilion models, be safe and check the support website. Thanks! |
