I dont have a cat I have a 70 pound Pit Bull,lol.. I've had mine about 6 months, and 1 of the fans is making a loud noise, Which it started a month or so ago, I took it aprt and put a drop of Hair trimmer oil on it and it did help for a while but Its time to just get a new one. I paid $22 for mine, This stand is for sure worth it. I game several hours at a time and like another person said I can walk up pick my PS4 up and the whole stand comes with it. Answer:	Yes a regular PS4 fits precisely into the stand, as I have one myself. I personally love this product and have had it for just over a year now. It comes with inserts that can fit your PS4 even if it was a slim or pro as well.
Question:	Can i use a usb wall plug to power this
Answer:	Yes. It comes with a low fan setting and a high fan setting. Usually I keep mines on low because the fan is strong enough. I sometimes check my PlayStation while it’s on and I’m playing for hours and it’s never hot. My PlayStation Pro has never overheated since purchasing this.

Answer:	Sorry, but this lays flat with your laptop or console flat as well.. but also be aware, if your thinking of using this with a PlayStation, the consoles DON'T have any cooling vents on the bottom, so this won't work for cooling at all. Best choice would be having a cooling unit thats made for PlayStation consoles and mounts to the back of your system. So no, this may not be what your looking for. Hope I was helpful.

Answer:	The fan speed is controlled by two manual spin dials on the back of the cooling pad. I tend to simply leave the fan on full speed.
Question:	I just received this cooling pad and there is only one functioning switch in the back--are there suppose to be 2 switches
Answer:	I just checked mine & it looks like the only way to turn the LED lights off is to turn the fans off (there's a knob that you turn which shuts them both off at the same time). When you put your laptop on top of the device, you can hardly see the lights underneath the laptop. I don't find it to be any problem.

Question:	can you turn the lights off
Answer:	Great question, which never occurred to me until you asked: the answer is "no." The only way I can see to turn those blue lights off is to cut the fans off as well. If there is a switch somewhere, I haven't found it. There are two USB inputs on the cooling pad (not sure why), and the lights come on when I turn it on no matter which one I plug into. The USB simply works for "juice" and doesn't even register when you try to see the cooling pad through the PC's properties/management/settings/file explorer features. A light switch would be a definite asset to the pad, and this model doesn't have it.
Question:	I have an HP envy m6 with a slight overheating issue when gaming due to a mostly powerless/tiny fan. Will this cooler help at all
Answer:	Just tested it. Previously, my 17" gaming laptop would instantly die after 20 minutes of playing X-Plane 10. I have the kick stands up on this cooler, and though I hardly have ventilation on the bottom of my laptop, the cooler kept it cool enough that I played for an hour and my laptop kept running full speed. I actually quit the game intentionally this time. Haha. Even the top of the laptop is noticeably cooler (still hot, just not scorching anymore).
Question:	Will it work for 17.3in msi gaming laptop
Answer:	Congrats on your msi gaming laptop! The physical measurement is 11" x 15". I don't know why it states 15.6" x 17". My custom Lenovo Y700 fits it exactly at 11" x 15". This unit will raise a laptop and circulate air underneath it but I would say that if you're looking for a fan to literally cool your system down for optimal performance I don't know if this is the right one for you. I've seen others on eBay with 5 fans. I am happy with this one but I'm not running my laptop for several hours while gaming. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does this come with the cord that is needed to plug into the laptop in order to use this product
Answer:	The USB cord is not that great. I haven't had mine very long and I loved this cooling pad but I've since noticed that the wires are all of sudden exposed at the plug point and it no longer works because they have become disconnected. My cooling pad and laptop literally sit on a table and never move. Disappointed.
