Answer:	I have an older version of this product and have been able to use it on my lap without any serious issues. Over time the frame can become uncomfortable on the thighs but it is not slip-slidey or anything and the adjustable height is nice for different comfort positions.

Answer:	It looks like one port is to supply power to it and the second is to permit you to chain a USB device such as a mouse of a cell phone. Why did they go for the funky typeA to typeA rather than a more normal microusb? No clue, but as confusing as it is it does appear to work. To be clear, for the purpose of plugging USB devices into it, there is only ONE port, the second is to provide power to the fans.
Question:	is there a way to turn the lights off? while fans still run
Answer:	NO!! This is very misleading. There is NO WAY to turn off the FAN LEDs. Holding the + only turns off the two "decorative" blue lights down by the display, but the fan LEDs stay on.

Answer:	It depends upon the mass of the golf ball and the length and diameter of the hose. I personally conducted testing to determine whether it could in fact do so. The results were somewhat disappointing with a standard-sized garden hose (1" diameter and 50-foot length), and a PGA regulation golf ball. However, results were more favorable when using a Nerf brand golf ball, and a six-inch long stretch of 4-inch diameter PVC ventilation hose. Now, if you seriously want to know whether this device works as advertised, I would say definitely yes. I am using it 24x7 to cool a TiVo Bolt whose design makes it tend to run very hot, and it has reduced the operating temperature significantly.

Answer:	The Apevia Twilight fans cannot be controlled by other software for your information. The Apevia RGB fans are controlled by the wireless remote control it comes with. The Apevia Twilight fans have 366 playable modes, LED lights can be dimmed lower and brighter, and RGB play modes can be sped up or down via remote control.
Question:	Will it fit a 15.6 gaming laptop in which its vent are in the upper part of the laptop and the rest is solid plastic
Answer:	Yes, it's. You only need to connect three fans in series and then connect them to the motherboard. There are two ways to connect the fan, you can connect directly to the motherboard or connect to the power supply. It is worth noting that 4-pin and 3-pin cannot be connected at the same time to avoid short circuits!
Question:	I have a non-gaming dell inspiron 7000. no cooling vents on the bottom. should i even bother buying
Answer:	These rgb fans have 2 connectors attached. One is a 4 pin molex passthrough. The other is a 3 pin header connector.
Question:	What RPM can the fans go up to
Answer:	No,you can't. The lighting of the fan is fixed. This Case fan does not have ARGB function, and there is no remote control and controller. The PC fan does not support the controller, please do not connect to the controller.
