Answer:	Warranty exchange process is less than satisfactory with Pwr+. While I appreciate their extra long replacement laptop charging cords, when mine broke after 10 months of use I had to dig to find their exchange information and the process wasn't satisfactory. Here's the process: 1) Hunt for Pwr+ contact information for Pwr+. Found it when I clicked through from the product page to the company's Amazon page to find a number (425-296-7774 as of Dec 4, 2018). 2) In order to receive a replacement charger quickly I was instructed to purchase a new one on Amazon and they would reimburse me after receipt of my old charger. I understand they would have sent a replacement charger upon receipt of my old one directly, but that wasn't an option for me as it's a computer I use all the time for my business. 3) I had to pay to return the old product, which had to be via USPS per their policy - cost $16.69 at lowest available rate - but they only will reimburse $5.00 Amazon credit for the return shipping, even after contacting them again about it. Their customer service guy who I interacted with was courteous, polite and professional, but the company's return policy is seriously suboptimal. It's something I'll strongly take into account before purchasing from them again.
