    Question: I got this battery less then 12 months ago and it has stopped working. It is still under warranty so can I return this can get refunded/get a new one
    Answer: There is no warranty that I know of. A number is listed in the paperwork to call if there is a problem with your battery and they speak of wanting to keep customers satisfied but no period of time was mentioned. Guess thats what the high price of the others covers. I have had mine for a few months and it is going strong. It took a couple of weeks for my laptop to figure out the estimated run time. Yesterday it told me I had 5 hrs 35 min when I unplugged it. I ran it almost continuously for over 5 hrs before it gave me a warning to plug in. My perspective on the warranty is you can pay 3 or 4 times ths price for a warranty or buy 2 for less money and less headache on the phone trying to exercise the warranty. Amazon has never given me any trouble on returns but I also treat them fairly. Hope this answers your question and eases your concerns.

    Answer: It should fit but the battery I purchased 9 months ago exploded and ruined my laptop and set the contents of my desk on fire. I sent in a warning to Amazon.y
