Answer:	There is no fastening. The flap is long enough so it is not necessary. I was very pleased with the quality and my nephew loves it.

Answer:	NO! I have a Toshiba Satellite C55A and it does NOT fit. It measures exactly 15 inches across. You have to angle it and it bulges out at the sides and will not accommodate a sleeve.

Answer:	All natural leather readily absorbs water, even raindrops. There are many things on the market to preserve or waterproof leather. Mink Oil (lanolin & silica) is a good preservative and is water resistant. For true waterproofing, get Sno Bol, (made from beeswax) it is perfect. Apply it to your leather shoes (and soles) and your feet will never feel wet again. Perfect for a dry day in work boots under the worst conditions. Be forewarned though, in the process it will definitely darken the leather. You should test it first if that bothers you. The effect is darker, richer, softer, a satiny sheen, an aged effect. The differences between imperfections and good leather will be accentuated. All that and weatherproof too, What more could you want? How to?: Turn your oven on to it's lowest setting (about 150 degrees), Cover everything leather with a good layer of sno bol, Turn oven off, Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes, (This will cause most or all beeswax to soak into the leather Rub off all excess wax and polish the leather. It should look that satiny sheen. If it feels too waxy, repeat the oven to polish steps again with no wax. This does not interfere with leathers nat.'al ability to 'breath'. Question:	Does this bag come with a warranty
Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.

Question:	How deep is this bag? In other words, besides the laptop, how many books will it carry
Answer:	Well, after putting in my HP laptop which takes up the entire back compartment, then putting in my power supply, it can take another 8.5x11x.5 pad comfortably on the inside. It also has an outside pouch. I guess it depends on what kind of book (dimensions). So, in a basic answer, yes, it can take a book or two.

Question:	I need a bag that is isn't floppy if it doesn't have something large in it to help it keep it's shape. Is this a good multipurpose bag
Answer:	It's an all over canvas without a solid bottom; however, it keeps its shape pretty well even when it's empty it near empty. I would not call it "floppy." I use it to carry a few files and have been happy with it.
Question:	How much could this bag carry without fear of breaking? I'd like to carry my (heavier) laptop in addition to 1-2 textbooks, plus supplies and papers
Answer:	Of course depending on the actual size of the books you could carry a few textbooks. Also, the interior of the bag has a specific area for the computer with a Velcro fastener, plus two pockets in the main compartment so that is a total of 3 compartments (including the computer compartment) as wide and as deep as the bag. The exterior front of the bag has pen holders for 7 writing implements, an ID holder which Velcro locks in place very securely, a center pouch about 5 or 6 inches wide and about 7 to 8 inches deep, a right side pouch about 5 1/2 inches deep and 4 inches wide and behind all that in the front is a pocket almost as wide and about 10 inches deep with a center Velcro lock. The back side of the bag has a full size pouch with a Velcro lock. Lastly, the inside of the front cover has a zippers compartment about 12 inches deep and as wide as the bag. All in all I would say this is a perfect purchase.
