1.Doesn't take off

Please fully charge the battery before flight.

2.The top rotor refuses to spin/helicopter would not lift off

The screws that hold the blade holder and the outer hollow shaft are loose. Make sure the screws that hold the blade holder and the outer hollow shaft are aligned and tight with the inner shaft.

3.The controls do not work right.

Please change new batteries and set the band selector on the remote and the helicopter to the same frequency；

There is the same remote frequency interference nearby. Place your RC helicopter in a fairly open area.

4.The on/off switch on the helicopter broke off when turning it back off after using it the very first time.

Answer:	I suppose it could depend on the airplane, but mine was full on a trip to Florida and back, and it fit under the seat in front of me without any problem.

Answer:	This backpack DOES NOT fit the Alienware 17 R4. The Alienware 17 is bigger than most other 17 inch laptops because of the venting on the back behind the screen. This does not allow the backpack to close. If you have a 17.3 inch laptop it is kindof hit or miss on whether this backpack will hold it. If the bezel on the screen is too wide or if there is hardware behind the hinge your 17.3 inch laptop may not fit.

Answer:	The back and bottom are fabric. The back plane of the backpack has a semi-rigid piece inside surrounded by soft padding and a soft breathable nylon fabric exterior along its entire length. The bottom piece is a heavy nylon fabric with some padding. There is nothing like rubber feet or plastic runners to keep ground contact to a minimum. If the bag is dragged or slid across a rough surface it will begin to show. I found this bag to be better quality than most of the bags in the school supply isle at my local department store and as good or better quality than many at the local sporting goods/ camping supply store. The quality far exceeds the price.

Answer:	Everything in my backpack stays mostly dry, but there was a bit of water in between the cover of my notebook and my papers were a bit wavy. I would treat it with a waterproof spray to be sure. It'd probably be fine in a drizzle, but if it's pouring hard I would not depend on it to keep things perfectly dry.

It could also fit in the very front pocket.

Answer:	I purchased the 11.6 inch laptop bag with the goal of carrying my Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 inch tablet in it while still inside of a case. I also have an 11.6 inch laptop, so I figured if it didn't fit the purchase wouldn't be a total loss. I just received the laptop bag today & I can report that the Note Pro 12.2 inch tablet fits inside the main zippered compartment perfectly. I have it inside of an Iwotu case as well & it fits without needing to be removed from the case. It is a comfortable fit, neither too snug, nor too loose. I think you would also be fine to carry it in the bag minus a case, but it will be a little looser of a fit due to the tablet not having the thickness of a laptop. I would definitely not recommend going up to the 14.1 inch size because your tablet will be swimming inside the larger size even inside of a case. I am extremely pleased with the fit, finish, & appearance of the bag & really feel it was a steal for this kind of quality at this price point. It's just as nice, if not nicer, than some of the pricey bags by manufacturers like Targus.
