Answer:	You don't have to carry it all day, but if you does it doesn't weight that much. Just have a good grip on the handle and there you go.

Answer:	This particular pan was purchased for our daughter-in-law. I haven't asked her, but I presume it hand washes like a breeze. All our pots are Calphalon and they are the best. If you want, I am sure it will clean well in the dishwasher. I wouldn't want to take up that much space with it in the dishwasher. I also purchased from Amazon, the Vollrath S5220, 16 gauge, closed rim, 1/4 sheet. What a terrific small sheet pan. This definitely could go in the dishwasher, but you would never have to. Put it under the faucet and the food slides off with a drop of soap. It's the perfect size too.

Answer:	I don't have that problem. I use warm water and dish soap to remove any residue from baking. Perhaps you should try using parchment sheets when baking to eliminate the problem.
