Answer:	It should be wide enough; but doubt it is tall enough. My 15.6 inch laptop barely fits hight-wise. I would not use it to carry my laptop; it has no padding.

Upkeep

1.Apply cream/moisture lotion onto the leather surface,and use a soft cloth to complete the upkeep.

Also, everything else about this bag is poor. It's just a sad saggy sack. The weight of the bigger laptops make the thing slide off your neck, and if you put it across to the opposite shoulder, you'll choke quickly. Keep looking.

Question:	Is this made of plastic in the inside and outside
Answer:	It's cowhide. Even if it was waterproof you NEVER leave full grain leathers like this in rain. This would 100% rot in less than 48 hours if you didn't dry it out. Most if not all leather satchel bags are going to be like this, so it's just something to live with when you use full grain leather products of any sort.
Question:	Does it has a bad smell like how people review it
Answer:	Mine showed up without any need for conditioner at all. You will have to spread it out from the box though -- it comes in a flat amazon box. One thing you need to remember about full grain leathers like this is that not everyone is going to have supple leather. If you live in a dry arid climate you better expect to receive stiff leather, in which case you may need to apply conditioner immediately. It's completely natural and just something to live with when using full grain leathers.
Question:	Will this fire the Fire HD 10 from
Answer:	Had it for a day and one seem on the top handle caused the Leather to rip. Now the handle only has one side attached, however that one side is holding up well. Bag weighed 18lbs when the handle snapped mid lift (not all the weight was on the handle yet). Dealer is already working with me to replace the bag.

Answer:	The seller stated in a private email to me that the bag is made of goat leather. O.k. - so here's the thing... You may already be familiar with (and like) goat leather, but the bag in person feels and looks like pleather (which is NOT real leather). Just so you know...

Question:	Does this bag come with a warranty
Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.
