Question:	Will a cable-free port replicator like the J5Create work without removing the case? If not, can the case be modified (cut) to allow it
Answer:	The bottom case has large cutouts around each port. the lower part of the cutout goes beyond the bottom of the case so the entire side of the computer is exposed. the area between the ports on both sides is removed and there's a 1/4" of an inch to either side of the openings removed also. I guess that if you needed to, you could use some sandpaper or a file to remove more material if needed

Answer:	Don’t understand question about skin... But it was a good laptop cover for the new 16 inch Mac.

Answer:	I bought the clear one and the top section cracked at the corners for no reason. they replaced it with a wine red one that I thought would be transparent so you could see the apple logo through it but it's not. really not recommended.
