Answer:	I've had mine for about 3 years. It is an amazing bag! No tears, zippers work smoothly still, interior feels good as new. I originally purchased it when I was in a long distance relationship traveling back and forth from Texas to Colorado. Held about a week's worth of clothes, 15" laptop, toiletry bag, books, notebook, pencil bag plus more and I was able to use it as a carry on. Now I've used it for about 13 months as my work/day bag. I keep a 15" laptop, a padded folio that holds files and three spiral notebooks, pens, a few small EDC pouches and other EDC items and lots of pens/office supplies, my chargers, a little makeup and more. Question:	Will this backpack fit 17.3" inch laptop
Answer:	I have a 15" Acer Helios 300 (very thick laptop) and it will barely fit into the sleeve directly behind your back . The only way to zip it up though is to put it one sleeve further away from your back - or else when zipped close its poking at the zippers like its about to pop them. Can't use it like that I have to place it one sleeve behind so it can sit a little lower in the backpack. I have about the thickest laptop you can get for 15" and it just fits so anything under that is fine. This back pack is a tad on the small side, and will def not fit a 17"

Answer:	Wheel to wheel is about 15" but the duffle is a bit wider at 16". The angle of the picture makes it look like the wheels extend wider than the duffle but that is not accurate. The overall hight of the duffle is 35-36" with handle when empty or not packed to the gills. It is (at most) 38" with handle if overstuffed.
Question:	How much does this collapse
Answer:	Doesn't really collapse except the "lid" sort of squishes in when not in use. It is really nice in that it stands up on its end on its own, and the sides are stiff enough that you don't have to deal with keeping the bag "open." But not a collapsible bag.
